Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran passion dengan kebahagiaan sebagai variabel mediator terhadap motivasi berprestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan melibatkan sebanyak 135 partisipan yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Lokasi dilaksanakannya penelitian adalah di kantor pusat Dea Cake & Bakery. Kriteria partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap dan aktif. Terdapat 3 Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu The Passion Scale, The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire dan skala motivasi berprestasi serta akan dilakukan analisis data menggunakan teknik multiple regression dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Satistic 2.4 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harmonious passion berperan positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, obsessive passion berperan negatif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, harmonious passion memiliki peran positif terhadap kebahagiaan, obsessive passion tidak memiliki peran terhadap kebahagiaan, kebahagiaan berperan positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi serta kebahagiaan tidak berperan sebagai mediator harmonious passion dan obsessive passion terhadap motivasi berprestasi.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of passion with happiness as a mediator variable towards achievement motivation. This research used quantitative method, the data collection technique used is random sampling involving 135 participants who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The location of the research was at the Dea Cake & Bakery headquarters. Criteria for participants in this study are permanent and active employees. There are 3 research instruments used, namely The Passion Scale, The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire and achievement motivation scale. Data analysis performed using multiple regression techniques with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 2.4 software for windows. The result of this study indicate that harmonious passion has a positive role on achievement motivation, obsessive passion has a negative role on achievement motivation, harmonious passion has a positive role on happiness, obsessive passion has no role on happiness, happiness has a positive role on achievement motivation and happiness does not act as a mediator harmonious passion and obsessive passion dor achievement motivation.
