Abstract
Faktor penting untuk berkembangnya sebuah koperasi tidak terlepas dari peran dan manfaat koperasi bagi anggotanya khususnya KUD Batu. Dimana KUD ini merupakan koperasi yang didirikan dengan tujuan untuk mensejahterakan anggotanya khususnya peternak susu sapi. KUD Batu memiliki lingkup usaha yang beragam antara lain usaha yang dikelola saat ini meliputi Unit Susu Sapi Perah, Unit Pengelola Susu, Unit Pakan Ternak, Unit lebah, Unit Simpan Pinjam, Unit Rumah Susu, Unit Resto dan Unit Waserda. Dengan didirikannya KUD Batu tersebut, masyarakat merasa bercukupan dengan disediakannya kebutuhan ternak mereka. KUD Batu tersebut telah memenuhi peran sebagai penampung susu sapi dari anggota, serta KUD Batu bermanfaat bagi anggota melalui bantuan dari koperasi tersebut. Seperti komitmen terhadap pelayanan anggota dengan memenuhi perannya sebagai penampung susu sapi dari anggotanya, memberikan bimbingan managemen usaha sapi perah secara berkelanjutan, memberikan jaminan pemasaran akan hasil produksinya, dan memberikan pelayanan modal kerja untuk meningkatkan skala usaha para anggotanya.
English Abstract
An important factor for the development of a cooperative is inseparable from the role and benefits of the cooperative for its members, especially KUD Batu. Where this KUD is a cooperative that was established with the aim to prosper its members, especially dairy farmers. KUD Batu has a diverse scope of businesses including businesses currently managed including the Dairy Cow Milk Unit, Milk Management Unit, Animal Feed Unit, Bees Unit, Savings and Loan Unit, Milk House Unit, Resto Unit and Waserda Unit. With the establishment of the Batu KUD, the community felt satisfied with the provision of their livestock needs. The Batu KUD has fulfilled its role as a reservoir of cow's milk from members, and the Batu KUD is beneficial for members through assistance from the cooperative. Such as commitment to member services by fulfilling its role as a cow's milk storage from its members, providing guidance on sustainable management of dairy cows, providing marketing guarantees of their products, and providing working capital services to increase the business scale of their members.
