Abstract
Permasalahan Transportasi merupakan permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh negara berkembang seperti Indonesia, permasalahan tersebut baik di wilayah perkotaan maupun regional. Sistem trasnportasi merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung perekonomian suatu wilayah, semakin banyak masyarakat yang menggunakan kendaraan pribadi untuk melakukan kegiatan seperti bekerja, berwisata, dan lain-lain. Kota Batu merupakan kota tujuan utama pariwisata di Jawa Timur. Jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Kota Batu sangat banyak sehingga menimbulkan kemacetan yang disebabkan tingginya pergerakan dengan tujuan berwisata. Pada Penelitian ini dilakukan perhitungan tingkat kinerja jalan dengan membandingkan volume kendaraan yang melintas dengan kapasitas jalan yang ada di wilayah studi. Setalah diketahui tingkat kinerja jalan di wilayah studi selanjutnya akan dilakukan rekomendasi optimalisasi jaringan jalan di wilayah studi dengan menggunakan analisis do-something manajemen kapasitas. Jalan yang diteleiti pada penelitian ini adalah Jalan Patimura, Jalan Hasanudin, Jalan Dewi Sartika, Jalan Brantas, Jalan Oro-Oro Ombo, dan Jalan Trunojoyo. Pemilihan jalan yang digunakan sebagai wilayah studi dikarenakan jalan-jalan tersebut merupakan jalan utama yang akan dilalui oleh wisatawan untuk mengunjungi tempat wisata yang ada di Kecamatan Batu. Hasil perhitungan tingkat pelayanan jaringan jalan di Kecamatan batu menunjukkan kinerja jalan di Kecamatan Batu rata-rata memiliki Nilai LOS C pada hari kerja dan Nilai LOS E D sampai dengan F pada hari libur. Setelah mengetahui kinerja jalan di Kecamatan Batu selanjutnya dilakukan analisis do-something untuk menentukan rekomendasi yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalah yang ada di jaringan jalan Kecamatan Batu.
English Abstract
Transportation problems are the main problems faced by developing countries such as Indonesia, the problem is both in urban and regional areas. Transportation system is one factor supporting the economy of a region, the more people who use private vehicles to perform activities such as work, travel, and others. Batu Town is a major tourist destination in East Java. The number of tourists who visit the city of Batu very much that cause congestion caused by the high movement with the purpose of travel. In this study, the calculation of road performance level by comparing the volume of vehicles passing by the existing road capacity in the study area. After the road performance level in the next study area will be conducted recommendation of road network optimization in the study area by using do-something analysis of capacity management. The roads studied in this research are Patimura Road, Hasanudin Street, Dewi Sartika Street, Brantas Street, Oro-Oro Ombo Street, and Jalan Trunojoyo. Selection of roads that are used as a study area because the streets are the main road that will be passed by tourists to visit tourist attractions in Batu District. The calculation result of service level of road network in District of Batu shows the performance of road in Kecamatan Batu on average have LOS C value on weekdays and LOS E D value up to F on holiday. After knowing the performance of roads in District Batu then do-do analysis to determine the appropriate recommendations to overcome the existing problems in the Batu District road network.
