Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy dengan kecemasan bertanding pada atlet futsal Universitas Brawijaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala self efficacy ESSES yang dikembangkan oleh Anstiss, dkk (2018) dan skala kecemasan bertanding CSAI-2R yang dikembangkan oleh Cox, dkk (2003). Subjek penelitian ini adalah atlet futsal di Universitas Brawijaya yang berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Pearson’s product moment correlation. Hasil korelasi antara self efficacy dengan kecemasan bertanding sebesar -0.249 dan nilai signifikansi 0,013 yang berarti terdapat hubungan negatif antara self efficacy dengan kecemasan bertanding, yang artinya semakin tinggi self efficacy maka semakin rendah kecemasan bertanding.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between self efficacy and competitive anxiety in Brawijaya University futsal athletes. This research is a quantitative correlational study. The data collection instrument used was the ESSES self-efficacy scale developed by Anstiss, et al (2018) and the competitive anxiety scale against CSAI-2R developed by Cox, et al (2003). The subjects of this study were 100 futsal athletes at Brawijaya University. The data analysis technique used is Pearson's product moment correlation. The results of the correlation between self efficacy with competitive anxiety is -0,249 and a significance value of 0,013, which means there is a negative relationship between self efficacy and competitive anxiety, which means that the higher the self efficacy, the lower the competitive anxiety.
