Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dukungan sosial terhadap penyesuaian diri pada remaja di pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 270 remaja (L=149, P=121) yang menetap di pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala pengukuran. Skala pertama adalah The Child and Adolescent Social Support Scale (CASSS), untuk mengukur dukungan sosial. Kedua, skala Penyesuaian Diri untuk mengukur penyesuaian diri. Analisis hipotesisi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji regresi berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial memiliki peran sebesar 1,6% terhadap penyesuaian diri remaja di pesantren.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of social support for adolescent adjusment in pesantren. This research uses quantitative research methods with correlational research designs. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The subjects of this study were 270 adolescents (M = 149, F = 121) who settled in pesantren. This study uses two measurement scales. The first scale is The Child and Adolescent Social Support Scale (CASSS), to measure social support. Second, the Self-Adjustment scale to measure self-adjustment. The hypothesis analysis used in this study is a multiple regression test. The results in this study indicate that social support has a role of 1.6% towards adjusting adolescents in pesantren.
