Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran School Well-Being siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 2 Malang dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 9 orang yang terdiri dari 3 sujek primer (ABK) dan 6 subjek sekunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunaan teknik analisis Miles and Huberman serta teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan gambaran school well-being pada 2 subjek yaitu NA dan AL berdasarkan aspek, loving, being, dan health. Sedangkan subjek BO belum menunjukan gambaran school well-being pada aspek being. Namun pada aspek having ketiga subjek memberikan respons negatif, ketiga subjek merasa kurang nyaman terhadap kondisi lingkungan fisik di sekolah, seperti gedung kelas yang lama dan banyak coretan serta kelas yang kurang luas. Kurangnya fasilitas penunjang seperti, kipas angin, dan LCD proyektor dalam kelas serta sistem kurikulum pembelajaran, seperti pemberian tugas yang terlalu banyak, dan pemberian hukuman dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas yang memberatkan siswa.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the description of School Well-Being students with special needs in inclusive schools. This study uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. This research was conducted at SMKN 2 Malang with a purposive sampling technique. The number of subjects in this study amounted to 9 people consisting of 3 primary subjects (ABK) and 6 secondary subjects. The analysis technique used in this study uses Miles and Huberman analysis techniques and data validity techniques using source triangulation. The results of this study show a picture of school well-being in 2 subjects namely NA and AL based on aspects, loving, being, and health. While the subject BO has not shown the picture of school well-being in the aspect of being. However, on the aspect of having three subjects giving negative responses, the three subjects felt less comfortable with the physical environment in the school, such as the old classroom building and many graffiti and less extensive classrooms. Lack of supporting facilities such as fans, and LCD projectors in the classroom and the learning curriculum system, such as assigning too many assignments, and giving penalties in the learning process in class that burden students.
