Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh PDRB per kapita, pengeluaran pemerintah fungsi pendidikan, kesehatan, dan ekonomi terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di 38 Kabupaten/Kota Jawa Timur Tahun 2012-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS) dan Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan (DJPK) yang menggunakan metode regresi data panel sebanyak 228 observasi dengan pemilihan model analisis fixed effect. Berdasarkan hasil regresi, PDRB per kapita dan pengeluaran pemerintah fungsi kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, pengeluaran pemerintah fungsi pendidikan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sedangkan pengeluaran pemerintah fungsi ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia
English Abstract
This research is made for the purpose of determining and analyzing the impact of per capita regional GDP, government expenditure on education, health, and economic functions towards human development index in 38 East Java Regencies/Cities in 2012-2017. This study used secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistic and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance which analyzing with panel data regression methods of 228 observations and used the selection of fixed effect analysis models. Based on the regression result, per capita regional GDP and government expenditure on health function have positive and significant effects, the government expenditure on the education function has negative and significant effect while the government expenditure on economic functions does not have a significant effect on the human development index.
