Abstract

Perumusan Strategi adalah metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dan sasaran bisnis dengan mengembangkan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan melalui mana memasuki pasar untuk melayani target pasar, sedangkan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi strategi pemasaran berasal dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal . Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal dan merumuskan strategi kompetitif di 2018 Folk Music Festival. Penelitian ini diklasifikasikan sebagai penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Matriks IFE, Matriks EFE, Matriks IE, dan QSPM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis matriks IFE dan EFE, skor bobot IFE total 3,08 dan EFE 2,6 menempatkan Folk Music Festival 2018 di kuadran IV, strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam sel IV adalah Grow and Build. Hasil matriks Profil Kompetitif (CPM) mengidentifikasi bahwa Festival Musik Rakyat 2018 berada dalam posisi yang cukup kuat di industri serupa. Hasil matriks SWOT diketahui bahwa perusahaan memiliki beberapa kelemahan dalam menghadapi ancaman. Sementara peluang pasar yang menjanjikan dan lingkungan eksternal juga mendukung perusahaan untuk berkembang. Strategi yang direkomendasikan untuk perusahaan dalam sel ini adalah pengembangan pasar dan pengembangan produk. Analisis QSPM menghasilkan strategi pengembangan produk sebagai strategi utama Festival Musik Rakyat untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya.

English Abstract

Strategy Formulation is a method that can be used to achieve the goals and objectives of a business by developing a sustainable competitive advantage through which entered the market to serve the target market, while the factors that can affect marketing strategy comes from internal factors and external factors. Indonesia's creative economic growth from year to year has increased and contributed to Indonesia's GDP (Gross Domestic Product) Rp 1.105 T. One of the creative economic sectors that give a point is performance art with a percentage of 9.54%. Music concerts are one of the contributors of the performance art sector, the existence of folk music genres that can be said to appear again provides an opportunity for some concert businesses to open platforms for this music genre, one of which is the Folk Music Festival by Soledad and The Sister Company. This study made to find out and analyse the internal and external environment and formulate competitive strategies in the 2018 Folk Music Festival. This research is classified as descriptive qualitative research and data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using IFE Matrix analysis, EFE Matrix, IE Matrix, and QSPM. Based on the results of the IFE and EFE matrix analysis, the total IFE weighting score of 3.02 and EFE of 2.7 puts the Folk Music Festival 2018 in quadrant IV, the strategy that can be implemented in cell IV is Grow and Build. The SWOT matrix results are known that the company has several weaknesses in facing the threat. While promising market opportunities and the external environment also support companies to develop. The recommended strategy for companies in this cell is market development and product development. QSPM analysis produces a product development strategy as the main strategy of Folk Music Festival to increase his competitiveness.
