Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penyertaan modal, efisiensi, kompetensi, tarif, dan tingkat kehilangan air terhadap kinerja perusahaan daerah air minum (PDAM) di Indonesia pada tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, dengan pengujian hipotesis. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Sampel dipilih dengan systematic sampling, dengan 200 sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penyertaan modal, efisiensi, kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja PDAM. Sedangkan tingkat kehilangan air berpengaruh negatif terhadapa kinerja PDAM. Faktor tarif tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja PDAM.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of capital investment, efficiency, competency, price, and water loss level to firm performance of regional water companies (PDAM) in Indonesia for the year 2017. The type of research is explanatory research through hypothesis testing. The data used is secondary data. The sample was chosen by systematic sampling with 200 samples. The research method that used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that capital investment, efficiency, competency have a positive effect on firm performance. While water loss level has a negative effect on firm performance. The price factor does not affect firm performance.
