Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh perkembangan wisata Gunung Bromo terhadap pendapatan melalui peluang usaha homestay bagi masyarakat lokal di Desa Gubugklakah, Kecamatan Poncokusumo, Kabupaten Malang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik homestay di Desa Gubugklakah, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 pemilik homestay. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan analisis deskriptif. Variabel yang digunakan adalah jumlah wisatawan menginap, jumlah kamar homestay, tarif sewa kamar, rata-rata lama menginap, dan pendapatan pemilik homestay. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah wisatawan menginap, jumlah kamar homestay, tarif sewa kamar, dan rata-rata lama menginap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pemilik homestay.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the development of Bromo Mountain tourism on income through local people’s homestay business opportunity in Gubugklakah Village in the Subdistrict of Poncokusumo in Malang Regency. This research is a field research or survey with quantitative approach, so that the data used is the primary data from the questionnaires. The population in this research is homestay homestay owners in Gubugklakah Village, with total sample as many as 30 homestay owners. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and descriptive analysis. Variable used is number of tourists staying, number of homestay rooms, room rent rates, average lenght of stay, and income of homestay owners. The results of this study indicate that number of tourists staying, number of homestay rooms, room rent rates, and average lenght of stay a positive and significant effect against on income of homestay owners.
