Abstract
Sektor Industri menjadi salah satu sektor leading sektor dimana mempengaruhi pertumbuhan PDRB baik secara nasional dan juga daerah , seperti halnya pada Kabupaten Mojokerto dimana diketahui Sektori Industri Pegolahan Pada sub sektor industri makanan minuman memberikan kontribusi terbesar saat ini. Dimana salah satu jenis olahan makanan khas yang ada adalah Krecek Rambak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil prodduksi inddustri kecil menengah krecek rambak yang ada di Kecamatan Bangsal Kabupaten Mojokerto dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel bahan baku , tenaga kerja, lama usaha dan modal memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap hasil produksi industri krecek rambak, dimana variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi adalah bahan baku. Diketahui pula bahwa variabel variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap hasil produksi sebesar 8,87 % dan sisanya yakni 1,13 % dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini.
English Abstract
The Industrial Sector is one of the leading sectors which influences the GRDP growth both nationally and regionally, as is the case in the Mojokerto Regency where it is known that the School Industry Sectors in the food and beverage industry sub-sector provide the largest contribution at this time. Where one type of processed food that is typical is the Rambek Crack. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the results of the production of small and medium industries of rambak recipe in Bangsal District, Mojokerto Regency by using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study note that the variables of raw materials, labor, business time and capital have a positive influence on the results of the production of rambak krecek industry, where the most dominant variable influences raw materials. It is also known that these variables are able to explain their effect on production yields of 8.87% and the remaining 1.13% are explained by other factors not present in this study
