Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, CSR diwujudkan menjadi 2 variabel bebas yakni community support dan environment. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan pengaruh antara variabel satu dengan variabel lainnya melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 139 responden. Responden tersebut merupakan pengunjung Café Sawah yang pernah mengunjungi Café Sawah Desa Wisata Pujon Kidul. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis data dibantu dengan software SPSS (Statistic Product and Services Solution) for Mac versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial community support dan environment berpengaruh terhadap citra perusahaan dengan nilai yang signifikan, serta community support memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap citra perusahaan.
English Abstract
This research aims to discover the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Image. In this research CSR form into 2 independent variable, community support and environment. The type of this research is the explanatory research which explains the relationship and influence between one variable and other through hypothesis testing. The samples of this research consist of 139 respondents. Furthermore, the respondents are the visitors of Café Sawah Desa Wisata Pujon Kidul. Thus, this research uses a sampling technique with a non-probability sampling method. This research using multiple linear regression. The data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistic Product and Services Solution) for Mac version 24. The result of this research indicates that partially community support and environment have a significant effect on corporate image.
