Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran kesejahteraan psikologis terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Aparatur Sipil Negara generasi X. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara Pemerintah Kota Pasuruan sebanyak 95 orang. Di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala komitmen organisasi yang dikembangkan oleh Allen dan Meyer (1990). Skala kesejahteraan psikologis yang digunakan oleh Clarke, Marshall, Ryff dan Wheaton (2001) dalam penelitian Canadian Study of Health and Aging. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi liner sederhana dengan dukungan software SPPS 16.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian pada penelitian ini menunjukkan kesejahteraan psikologis memiliki peran yang positif terhadap komitmen afektif (r=0.482, p < 0.05), kemudian tidak terdapat peran kesejahteraan psikologis terhadap komitmen berkelanjutan (r=0.058, p > 0.05) dan tidak terdapat peran kesejahteraan psikologis terhadap komitmen normatif (r=0.068, p > 0.05)
English Abstract
This study aims to look at the role of psychological well-being towards organizational commitment on State Civil Apparatus X generation. The subjects in this study were 95 State civil apparatus of the Pasuruan City Government. In this study using the scale of organizational commitment developed by Allen and Meyer (1990). The psychological well-being scale used by Clarke, Marshall, Ryff and Wheaton (2001) in the Canadian Study of Health and Aging research.. Data analysis in this study uses simple linear regression data analysis techniques with the support of SPPS 16.0 for Windows software. The results of this study indicate that psychological well-being has a positive role towards affective commitment (r = 0.482, p <0.05), then there is no role for psychological well-being towards sustained commitment (r = 0.058, p> 0.05) and no role for psychological well-being towards normative commitment (r = 0.068, p> 0.05).
