Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan memprediksi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pemanfaatan aplikasi seluler OM SPAN dengan pendekatan UTAUT2, serta mendalami mengapa Satuan Kerja menggunakan atau tidak menggunakannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed methods) dengan model sequential explanatory. Sebanyak 108 data berhasil dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survei dan 10 informan menggunakan metode wawancara. Peneliti menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square dengan aplikasi SmartPLS dalam melakukan uji hipotesis, serta melakukan wawancara untuk menggali alasan Satker mengapa menggunakan atau tidak menggunakan aplikasi seluler OM SPAN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja, pengaruh sosial, motivasi hedonis, dan kebiasaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat pemanfaatan aplikasi seluler OM SPAN. Usia, jenis kelamin, dan pengalaman tidak memoderasi pengaruh faktor-faktor pada model UTAUT2, kecuali moderasi usia pada variabel pengaruh sosial. Alasan Satuan Kerja tidak menggunakan karena faktor individu, lingkungan pekerjaan, dan perangkat lunak dan keras.
English Abstract
This study aims to explain and to predict the factors that influence the intention of using OM SPAN mobile application with UTAUT2 approach, also to explore the reasons why Work Units use or not use it. The method for this research is mixed method with sequential explanatory models. 108 data obtained from survey and 10 data from informants gathered by interview. Researcher use Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square with SmartPLS application for hypothesis testing, and conducted interviews to find out the reason why Work Units using or not using OM SPAN mobile application. The results showed that performance expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, and habit have a positive effect on the intention of using OM SPAN mobile application. The results also showed that age, gender, and experience did not moderate the influence in the factors of UTAUT2 model, exept age moderation in social influence variable. The reasons why Work Units did not use OM SPAN mobile application are because individual, work environment, and software and hardware factors.
