Abstract
Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan pembangunan di suatu daerah. Provinsi Jawa Timur memiliki nilai produk domestik regional bruto atas dasar harga konstan tertinggi kedua dibandingkan enam provinsi lain di pulau Jawa. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh investasi, tenaga kerja, pengeluaran pemerintah sektor pendidikan dan kontribusi industri pengolahan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2010- 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan. Analisi data yang digunakan merupakan analisis regresi Data Panel dengan fixed effect melalui perangkat lunak Stata14. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel independen yaitu investasi, tenaga kerja, pengeluaran pemerintah sektor pendidikan dan kontribusi industri pengolahan memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Jawa Timur.
English Abstract
Economic growth is one indicator of the success of development in an area. The province of East Java has the value of gross regional domestic product on the basis of the second highest constant price compared to six other provinces on the island of Java. There are many factors that affect economic growth. This research was conducted to determine the effect of investment, labor, education sector government spending and the contribution of the processing industry to the economic growth of districts / cities in East Java Province in 2010-2017. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance. Data analysis used is Panel Data regression analysis with fixed effects through Stata14 software. The results of this study indicate the independent variables namely investment, labor, government spending in the education sector and the contribution of the manufacturing industry have a positive and significant relationship to East Java's economic growth
