Abstract

E-learning adalah sebuah platform yang menyediakan konten pendidikan, aktivitas kegiatan dan dukungan untuk pengelolaan program pembelajaran dengan menggunakan gabungan dari Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui usability dan User Experience (UX) pada website zenius.net dengan tiga aspek yaitu general usability, pedagodical usability dan user experience.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode TUXEL yaitu sebuah metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi usability dan user experience di e-learning dengan menggunakan tiga kuesioner yaitu problem reporting table, general LMS evaluation checklist dan user experience evaluation. Pengambilan data melalui kuesioner yang telah divalidasi kemudian disebarkan kepada responden dengan pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Sample yang digunakan didapat dari penelitian terhadap siswa/i SMK N 12 Malang dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 10 siswa dengan karakteristik memiliki pengetahuan mengenai e-learning. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif analisis.Hasil evaluasi yang diperoleh dari ketiga kuesioner yaitu pada problem reporting table ditemukan 14 permasalahan dari keempat variabel yaitu login, general interface, assignments dan assessments. Pada General LMS evaluation checklist ditemukan 18 permasalahan dari keempat variabel yaitu Help and Documentation, LMS Learnability, Learning Through the LMS dan LMS Flexibility. Pada User Experience Evaluation memperoleh nilai mean yang positif. Website zenius unggul dalam dimensi mendukung, inovatif, kreatif dan memotivasi. Zenius.net cocok digunakan pada pembelajaran mandiri.

English Abstract

E-learning is a platform that provides educational content, activities and support for managing learning programs using a combination of Information and Communication Technology. The purpose of this study was to determine usability and User Experience (UX) on Zenius.net's website with three aspects, namely general usability, pedagodical usability and user experience. This study uses the TUXEL method, a method used to evaluate usability and user experience in e -learning using three questionnaires, namely problem reporting table, general LMS evaluation checklist and user experience evaluation. Retrieval of data through a validated questionnaire then distributed to respondents with sampling using non probability sampling techniques. The sample used was obtained from research on students of SMK N 12 Malang with a total sample of 10 students with characteristics of having knowledge about e-learning. The data obtained will be analyzed by descriptive analysis method. The results of the evaluation obtained from the three questionnaires, namely on the problem reporting table found 14 problems from the four variables, namely logins, general interfaces, assignments and assessments. The General LMS evaluation checklist found 18 problems from the four variables namely Help and Documentation, LMS Learnability, Learning Through the LMS and LMS Flexibility. At User Experience Evaluation, it gets a positive mean value. The Zenius website excels in the dimensions of supporting, innovative, creative and motivating. Zenius.net is suitable for use in independent learning.
