Abstract
Manajemen informasi adalah hal utama yang harus dipenuhi oleh suatu instansi, perusahaan, dan lembaga tertentu khususnya apabila mempunyai data yang banyak dan complex. Sistem informasi telah banyak dipakai pada berbagai bidang di Indonesia, tak terkecuali bidang akomodasi psikologi. Sudah banyak klinik, praktik dokter, rumah sakit, maupun puskesmas pada saat ini yang telah memanfaatkan sistem informasi untuk mempermudah manajemen informasi dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien. Total anak berkebutuhan khusus yang telah menerima layanan pendidikan baru mencapai angka 18% sekitar 300.000 anak. Dari data tersebut masih ada 82% anak dengan kebutuhan khusus yang belum memperoleh layanan pendidikan di Indonesia (KEMDIKBUD, 2017). Pada proses pendaftaran masih dilaksanakan dengan cara orang tua pasien datang ke klinik dan mengisikan data diri pasien di lembar kertas formulir yang membutuhkan waktu 1 hari dalam proses mengisi data. Data tersebut nantinya akan disimpan dalam 1 arsip khusus untuk pasien tersebut. Pada proses pemeriksaan oleh karyawan, dibutuhkan waktu minimal 2 hari untuk pemeriksaan, dan 1 hari untuk mengecek data pemeriksaan oleh ahli. Sedangkan, ahli tidak setiap saat ada ditempat untuk dapat memastikan kebenaran diagnosa awal pasien, maka ketika tim pemeriksa sudah mendapatkan diagnosa awal selama beberapa hari, tim pemeriksa akan menunda diagnosa awal tersebut sampai ahli dapat memastikan diagnosa tersebut selama beberapa hari kemudian lagi. Maka dari itu, penulis mengerjakan penelitian dengan mengusulkan pembangunan sistem manajemen informasi klinik psikologi yang didalam sistem tersebut terdapat rekomendasi diagnosis pasien. Penulis menggunakan model prototyping karena di klinik Psycho Care Malang semua kegiatan masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak ada sistem ataupun aplikasi apapun. Hasil dari pengujian unit, pengujian integrasi dan pengujian validasi menghasilkan nilai 100% valid dan pada pengujian efisiensi meningkat 67.8%.
English Abstract
Information management is the main thing that must be fulfilled by an agency, company, and certain institution especially if it has a lot of data and complex. Information systems have been widely used in various fields in Indonesia, including the accommodation of psychology. Already many clinics, doctors, hospitals, and health clinics at this time have used information systems to facilitate information management and improve the quality of services to patients. The total number of children with special needs who have received education services has only reached 18%, around 300,000 children. From these data there are still 82% of children with special needs who have not received education services in Indonesia (KEMDIKBUD, 2017). The registration process is still carried out by the way the patient's parents come to the clinic and fill in the patient's personal data on the form paper sheet which takes 1 day in the process of filling out the data. The data will then be stored in 1 special archive for these patients. In the process of inspection by employees, it takes at least 2 days for inspection, and 1 day to check inspection data by experts. Meanwhile, experts do not always have the place to be able to ascertain the truth of the patient's initial diagnosis, so when the inspection team has received an initial diagnosis for several days, the examining team will delay the initial diagnosis until the expert can confirm the diagnosis several days later. Therefore, the authors worked on the research by proposing the construction of a psychology clinical information management system in which there is a recommendation for a patient diagnosis. The author uses the prototyping model because in the Psycho Care Malang clinic all activities are still done manually and there is no system or application. The results of unit testing, integration testing and validation testing resulted in 100% valid values and efficiency testing increased by 67.8%.
