Abstract
Permasalahan yang dibahas adalah mengenai bagaimana prosedur pengelolaan arsip pada SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Malang, dan juga kendala-kendala apa yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan arsip. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah sistem informasi manajemen arsip di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Malang sehingga pengelolaan arsip jauh lebih mudah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip pada SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Malang dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kemampuan mengelola arsip, mengelola peminjaman arsip, dan mencetak riwayat peminjaman arsip. Meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan diantaranya belum bisa membuat arsip dalam bentuk surat melalu aplikasi ini dan pengguna yang ingin meminjam arsip harus mendatangi petugas untuk diverifikasi. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, hasil dari pengujian fungsional yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan black-box pada 17 kasus uji yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa 100% sistem valid ketika diuji dengan kasus tertentu. Dan untuk hasil pengujian dari user acceptance testing (UAT) dari kuesioner yang telah diisi responden telah memenuhi kepuasan responden. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa fungsi aplikasi ini telah sesuai dengan persyaratan fungsional sistem yang telah didefinisikan dalam proses perancan
English Abstract
The issues discussed relate to archive management at the Muhammadiyah 1 Malang Vocational School and to the obstacles to archive management. The data is collected by observation and questioning. The purpose of this research is to build an archive management information system at Muhammadiyah 1 Malang Vocational High School so that file management is much easier. The results of this study show that archival management at Muhammadiyah 1 Malang Vocational School works well and smoothly. This is reflected in the ability to manage archives, manage archive lending, and print a history of archive lending. Although there are still deficiencies, they can not use this application to create archives in the form of letters, and users wishing to borrow archives must contact the officer for review. Based on the tests performed, the results of functional tests performed using the Black Box approach in 17 test cases showed that 100% of the system was valid when tested in certain cases. And for the test results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from the completed questionnaire, the respondents fulfilled the satisfaction of the respondents. This shows that the function of this application matches the functional requirements of the system defined in the design process
