Abstract

Riptortus linearis merupakan hama penting tanaman berpolong dengan tingkat serangan mencapai 81,36% sehingga perlu dilakukan pengelolaan hama terpadu (PHT) untuk mengendalikan populasinya. Terdapat dua tindakan dalam PHT yaitu preemtif dan responsif. Tindakan pengendalian secara responsif salah satunya yaitu dengan menggunakan pestisida nabati. Pestisida nabati merupakan pestisida yang berbahan dasar dari tumbuan, salah satu bahan yang dapat digunakan yaitu daun sirsak. Senyawa bioaktivitas tanaman sirsak terhadap mortalitas hama telah teruji pada penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Hama Tumbuhan dan Laboratorium Toksikologi, Jurusan Hama dan Penyakit Tumbuhan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Brawijaya, Malang, pada bulan September 2018 hingga Februari 2019. Persiapan penelitian yaitu perbanyakan serangga uji kepik polong R. linearis dan pembuatan ekstrak daun sirsak (EDS) pelarut air dan pelarut metanol. Penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu Uji daya racun (LC50) dan (LT50) EDS pelarut air dan matanol dengan konsentrasi masing-masing pelarut 4000ppm, 8000ppm, 12000ppm, 16000ppm terhadap mortalitas serangga uji, diamati tiga kali 24jam. Serangga uji yang masih hidup setelah aplikasi, dilakukan pengamatan lanjutan hingga imago dan bereproduksi Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ekstrak daun sirsak (EDS) dengan pelarut metanol lebin efektif dari pelarut aquades dengan nilai LC50 EDS pelarut metanol 9.870ppm dengan LT50 39,5 jam dan EDS pelarut aquades LC50 24.531ppm LT50 tidak dapat ditentukan, 20% keberhasilan pergantian kulit hingga imago pada perlakun EDS pelarut metanol konsentrasi 1600oppm, daya tetas terendah yaitu yaitu 6,33 butir telur menetas pada EDS pelarut metanol dengan konsentrasi 16000ppm dari hasil tersebut, dapat dikatakan EDS dapat digunakan sebagai pengendalian alternatif untuk menurunkan populasi R. linearis.

English Abstract

Riptortus linearis is an important pest of soybean plant cause major damage. The highest percentage of attacks on the treatment of R. linearis is 81.36%. It needs integrated pest management (IPM). Strategys for preventing plant damage are preemtif control and responsive control. one of responsif control such as botanical pesticide. The bioactivity extract of soursop leaves (Annona muricata L.) was tested as botanical insecticide of many pests. The research has been conducted in plant pest laboratory and toxicology laboratory , Faculty of Agriculture, Brawijaya University of Malang. This research was began on September 2018 to February 2019. Research preparationed for the water extracts of soursop leaves and methanol extracts of soursop leaves. The research tested (LC50) and (LT50) of toxicity tests with a concentrations of 4000ppm,8000ppm,12000ppm,16000ppm. Observation on mortality was done every 24 hours during 72 hours. Insects that were alive after application were made further observation into adult and reproduce to know extracts of soursop leaves effects. Result showed that the effect of soursop leave extract on mortality. The results of analysis of variance showed the difference in concentration affected the mortality of R. linearis, the toxicity of extracts methanol of soursop leaves LC50 9.870ppm with LT50 39.5 hours and water extracts of soursop leaves LC50 24.531ppm LT50 could not be determined. Symptoms of mortality are weak test insects, body shrinking, passivity, no activity but still able to move when touched with a brush to experience death. Inhibition of the old development of the R. linearis stage cannot be determined. The lowest percentage of success of skin turnover to adult is 20% at the concentration of 1600 metric tons of ESL solvent. Reproductive power of R. linearis, extracts of soursop leaves cannot reduce the average number of eggs produced but can affect the fertility mean, the lowest fertility is the methanol extracts of soursop leaves with a concentration of 16000ppm which is 6.33 fertile eggs, from these results, it can be said that extracts of soursop leaves can be used as a control alternative to reduce the population of R. linearis.
