Abstract
Place Attachment merupakan salah satu teori yang digunakan unuk mengetahui hubungan antara emosional dan psikologi antara manusia dengan lingkungan yang ditinggali. Penduduk yang memiliki tingkat Place Attachment tinggi lebih memilih untuk mendukung dalam mempertahankan kondisi pedesaan (Lokoczs et al., 2011). Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara Place Attachment terhadap keputusan untuk mengubah lahan di Kecamatan Pandaan. Data yang perlu dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini yaitu parameter tiap dimensi Place Identity, Place dependence, Nature Bonding, Family Bonding dan Friend Bonding (Raymond et al., 2010). Analisis Index Place Attachment digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat Place Attachment Penduduk di Kecamatan Pandaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 500 pemilik lahan di Kecamatan Pandaan. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan memiliki Index Place Attachment tinggi. Metode selanjutnya yaitu menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) duntuk mengetahui hubungan antara Place Attachment terhadap keputusan mengubah lahan oleh pemilik lahan di Kecamatan Pandaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Place Attachment terhadap keputusan mengubah lahan. Hubungan Place Attachment Sikap terhadap pengembangan lahan memiliki bobot 0,924. Sikap terhadap pengembangan lahan Keputusan mengubah lahan memiliki bobot 0,516. Hubungan Place Attachment Keputusan Mengubah Lahan memiliki bobot 0,290.
English Abstract
Place Attachment is one of theory that used to determine a relationship between human’s emotional and psychology and their environment. An emotional bond is affected by three dimensions which is personal, social, and environment. The people who has higher Place Attachment has tendency to protect rural characteristic on their environment (Lokoczs et.al, 2011). The aim of this study is finding relationship between Place Attachment toward landholder intention to change their land in Pandaan Subdistrict. The data used for this study is the answer of parameters in each Place Attachment dimensions which is Place Identity, Place dependence, Nature Bonding, Family Bonding dan Friend Bonding (Raymond et al., 2010). Index Place Attachment analysis is used to identify Place Attachment level of landholder in Pandaan Subdistrict. Data collected through questionnaire that given to 500 samples of landholder in Pandaan Subdistrict. The result of this analysis is Pandaan Subdistrict has high level Place Attachment. The second method is analyzing relationship between Place Attachment toward landholder intention to change their land in Pandaan Subdistrict using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this analysis is there is relationship between Place Attachment toward landholder intention to change their land. Relationship of Place Attachment Landholder attitude towards development has a weight of 0.924. Relationship between Landholder attitude towards development landholder intention to change their land has a weight of 0.516. Relationship between Place Attachment landholder intention to change their land has a weight of 0.290.
