Abstract
Kawasan Kota Tua merupakan salah satu ikon bersejarah di Jakarta yang memiliki ciri khas dan keunikan. Ciri khas tersebut yang menyebabkan kawasan Kota Tua memiliki identitas sehingga kota tersebut dapat memberikan rasa (sense of place) atau kesan tersendiri bagi orang yang datang untuk berkunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh elemen citra kota terhadap place attachment. Pengaruh tersebut diuji menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan variabel bebas yaitu elemen citra kota dan variabel terikat adalah place attachment melalui penilaian menurut masyarakat. Dari hasil analisis, secara simultan memiliki nilai F hitung (19,746) > F tabel (3,066) dengan nilai signifikansi (0,000) sehingga terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara elemen citra kota (landmark dan node) dan place attachment. Secara parsial, landmark memiliki nilai t hitung (4,982) > t tabel (1,978) dengan nilai signifikansi (0,000) dan node memiliki nilai t hitung (3,352) > t tabel (1,978) dengan nilai signifikansi (0,000) sehingga elemen citra kota yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap place attachment yaitu variabel landmark dan node. Besar pengaruh variabel landmark dan node terhadap variabel place attachment yang ditimbulkan sebesar 23,4%.
English Abstract
Old-City area is one of the historic icon in Jakarta that has unique characteristics. The characteristics cause the Old-City area to have an identity so that the city can give a sense of place or a special impression for people who come to visit. This study aims to determine how much influence the city image elements have on place attachments. The influence is tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The research employs independent variables (city image elements) and the dependent variable (place attachment) through community assessment. The results of the analysis, shows that the simultaneous regression has a value of counted F (19,746)> F table (3,066) with a significance value (0,000) so that there is a significant influence between elements of city image and place attachment. Partially, landmarks have a value of counted t (4,982)> t table (1,978) with a significance value (0,000) and the node has a value of counted t (3,352)> t table (1,978) with a significance value (0,000) so that the image element of the city has significant influence on place attachment are landmark and node. The extent of influence of landmark and edge variables on place attachment variables is 23.4%.
