Juliyangkara, Deli Eza (2019) Pengaruh Mikoriza Pada Media AMB P-07 Terhadap Produksi Flavonoid Tanaman Bawang Putih Guna Menekan Intensitas Penyakit Bercak Ungu Alternaria porri (Ell.) Cif. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
Plant disease control can be done by increasing the internal resistance of plants through the regulation of the composition of the growing media and the use of mycorrhizal controlling agents. Mycorrhizae are one of the microorganisms that are mutually associated between fungi and plant roots that support increasing host defense against ground-borne pathogens through the production of secondary metabolites. Flavonoids are active compounds of secondary metabolites that are produced by plants as a defense response to pathogenic infections. This study aims to study the effect of mycorrhizae on AMB-P07 media in enhancing garlic plant growth, plant resistance to disease and increasing the content of flavonoids in plants. The research method used RAL (Completely Randomized Design) which was prepared using 6 treatments namely P- (control) (soil and NPK addition), P + (0 gram mycorrhizal), P0 (10 gram mycorrhizal), P1 (20 gram mycorrhizal), P2 (30 gram mycorrhizal), P3 (40 gram mycorrhiza). Each treatment was repeated five times so that there were 30 experimental units. Data from the observations were analyzed using analysis of variance of ANOVA at the error level of 5%. If the analysis results are significantly different, then proceed with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) test with an error rate of 5%. The results showed that the treatment of mycorrhizae produced significant differences in the variables of plant height, leaf number, leaf area, disease intensity and appearance of symptoms. Disease intensity in garlic plants decreased mycorrhizal treatment compared to garlic plants without mycorrhizae. Flavonoids have increased in garlic plants given mycorrhizal treatment.
