Abstract
DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya (Jabodetabek) memiliki beberapa masalah perkotaan, salah satunya ialah masalah kemacetan lalu lintas di jalan raya. Pemerintah berupaya membangun transportasi umum agar masyarakat diharapkan lebih memilih menggunakan transportasi umum dibandingkan mengendarai kendaraan pribadi. Salah satu upaya transportasi umum tersebut ialah dibangunnya BRT atau Bus Rapid Transit. Bus Transjakarta merupakan sistem transportasi Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) pertama yang ada di Asia Tenggara dan Selatan. Bus Transjakarta Koridor 13 memiliki Jalan Layang Khusus Busway (JLKB) sepanjang 9,3 km. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat karakteristik faktor-faktor pemilihan moda pada pergerakan Ciledug-Tendean, permodelan pemilihan moda, serta peluang (probabilitas) perpindahan penglaju dari kendaraan pribadi ke Bus Transjakarta Koridor 13. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ialah analisis deskriptif, analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), dan analisis regresi logit-multinomial, dan analisis probabilitas. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini bahwa penglaju masih merasa kurang puas atas pelayanan dan operasional Bus Transjakarta Koridor 13. Jika variabel dari hasil analisis CSI yang dianggap kurang memberikan kepuasan bagi penglaju (waktu tempuh, keselamatan, keterjangkauan, fasilitas keamanan halte, fasilitas keselamatan halte, dan fasilitas kenyamanan halte) tidak ditingkatkan nilai pelayanannya maka hanya 2,46% saja penglaju ingin berpindah moda. Namun jika variabel tersebut ditingkatkan nilai pelayanannya secara maksimal, maka sebesar 93,01% penglaju ingin berpindah dari kendaraan pribadi mobil atau motor ke kendaraan umum Bus Transjakarta Koridor 13.
English Abstract
Traffic congestion was the main problem in major cities in Indonesia, including DKI Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. In order to solve such problem, the government initiated to build a BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) as known as Transjakarta. Transjakarta was the first Bus Rapid Transit transportation system in South East and South Asia. The main focus for this research was The Corridor 13 Transjakarta because of it was the only one which had a Busway Special Fly Over for 9,3 km known as a JLKB (Jalan Layang Khusus Busway) connecting The Ciledug Raya and Tendean street. This research aimed to describe the choice of mode characteristics in Ciledug-Tendean, to formulate choice of mode model, and the chance or probability of the shifting from private transportation user to public transportation user of The Corridor 13 Transjakarta. Analythical methods used in this research were descriptive analysis, customer satisfaction index, multinomial logit, and probability analysis. The research indicated there were unsatisfying-variables which found on The Corridor 13 Transjakarta that needs to be improved. The probability for people to shift their transporting mode from private transportation to public transportation by using The Corridor 13 Transjakarta only 2,46% if there were no improvement for those unsatisfying-variables. Otherwise, the probability will increase to 93,01% if there were improvement for those unsatisfying-variables
