Abstract
Sumber Daya Air (SDA) sangatlah penting bagi manusia karena merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia. Dengan jumlah yang sangat terbatas ini, maka perlu adanya perlindungan tentang keberadaan sumber daya air dan pemanfaatannya yang seoptimal mungkin. Salah satu sistem pengembangan dan manajemen air adalah dengan membangun waduk guna menyimpan air dan pengatur penggunaan air sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Namun, Usia bendungan yang semakin lama akan menyebabkan bendungan semakin rentan terjadi retakan. Perlu adanya inspeksi untuk mengetahui kondisi suatu bendungan yang berkaitan dengan keamanan tubuh bendungan. Pada studi ini dilakukan analisa keamanan tubuh bendungan grawan berdasarkan data hidrologi dan geoteknik terkini, yakni meliputi: penelusuran banjir, perhitungan rembesan menggunakan Software Geoslope dengan berbagai kondisi muka air, serta perhitungan stabilitas lereng bendungan kondisi statis dan dinamis (dengan gempa OBE dan MDE) dengan menggukanan metode Fellenius dan Bishop yang dilakukan menggunakan Software Geoslope dengan melihat Peta Gempa Indonesia 2017. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa kondisi hidrologi berdasarkan penelusuran banjir pada bendungam grawan aman terhadap tinggi jagaan, rembesan yang terjadi pada tubuh bendungan masih aman terhadap debit ijin rembesan (1% debit inflow rata –rata), serta stabilitas lereng bendungan grawan menunjukkan hasil kondisi statis, OBE, dan MDE 100% aman terhadap faktor keamanan ijin stabilitas.
English Abstract
Water Resources are very important for humans because it is basic human needs. With this very limited amount, it is necessary to protect the existence of water resources and their optimum utilization. One of the systems of water development and management is to build the dam for water storage and regulate water use as needed. However, the longer the age of the dam will cause the dam more susceptible to cracking. Inspections are needed to determine the condition of a dam relating to the safety of the dam's body. In this study, Grawan Dam safety evaluation based on cunrrent hydrological and geotechnical data, which includes: flood routing, seepage calculations using Geoslope Software with various water level conditions, as well as calculating the slope stability of the dam static and dynamic conditions (with OBE and MDE earthquakes) with using Fellenius and Bishop methods which are done using Geoslope Software by looking at the 2017 Indonesia Earthquake Map. The analysis show that the hydrological conditions based on flood routing in Grawan Dam are safe against embankment height, seepage that occurs in the dam body is still safe from permits discharge (1% average inflow discharge), and the slope stability of Grawan Dam shows the results of static conditions, OBE , and MDE are 100% safe from the safety factor of a stability safety permits.
