Abstract
Masalah kurang ketersediaannya air baku yang terjadi saat ini, menimbulkan permasalahan bagi masyarakat salah satunya pada daerah Kecamatan Pagerwojo di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Hal ini terjadi karena semakin meningkatnya kebutuhaan penduduk akan air baku yang tidak sejalan dengan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana penyedia air baku. Oleh sebab itu penulis membuat analisis yang berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut, dengan merencanakan sebuah embung yang dimanfaatkan untuk menampung air pada musim hujan agar dapat digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air baku. Tahap awal dalam perencanaan embung adalah analisis hidrologi guna mendapatkan debit banjir rancangan dengan berbagai kala ulang dan debit andalan. Tahap berikutnya adalah analisis kebutuhan air baku, dan analisis tampungan embung. Maka, dapat direncanakan dimensi tubuh embung dan pelimpah yang meliputi, tinggi embung, panjang embung, lebar puncak embung, kemiringan lereng tubuh embung, posisi dan elevasi pelimpah. Setelah itu dilakukan kontrol terhadap stabilitas. Tahap terakhir dalam perencanaan ini yaitu analisis rencana anggaran biaya konstruksi embung. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, didapatkan volume tampungan efektif embung sebesar 11889,405 m3, sedangkan hasil untuk analisis kebutuhan air baku penduduk di tahun 2040 sebesar 0,00449 m3/det. Data perencanaan dimensi tubuh embung didapatkan: tinggi embung 13,3 m; elevasi puncak embung +767,3; lebar puncak embung 5,1 m; kemiringan hulu 1: 3; kemiringan hilir 1: 2,3; elevasi pelimpah +765; lebar pelimpah 15 m; serta peredam energi direncanakan menggunakan kolam olakan USBR tipe III. Untuk analisis stabilitas tubuh embung menggunakan metode fellenius dimana angka kemanan yang didapatkan memenuhi syarat. hasil yang didapat dari analisis stabilitas pelimpah terhadap gaya uplift, gaya geser, gaya guling dan terhadap daya dukung tanah baik dalam keadan normal maupun gempa aman secara teknis untuk stabilitas pelimpah. Rencana anggaran biaya konstruksi embung sebesar Rp. 8.934.081.000,-
English Abstract
The lack of the availability of fresh water problem that is currently occurring has caused problems for the residents, one of which is in the Pagerwojo sub-district in Tulungagung district. This can be happened mainly because of the increasing demand for fresh water for residents who were not in line with the availability of facilities and infrastructure for fresh water providers. Therefore the author made an analysis related to this problem, by designing a reservoir that was used to hold water in the rainy season so that it could be used to meet raw water needs. The initial stage of designing a reservoir is hydrological analysis in order to obtain a design flood discharge with various return times and reliable discharge. The next stage is analysis of raw water requirements, and analysis of reservoir. Then the reservoir and the spillway body dimensions which include, the reservoir length, the width of the reservoir crest, the slope of the reservoir body slope, the position and the elevation of the spillway can be planned. After that stability control analysis is carried out. The last stage in this designing is to analyze the budget plan for reservoir construction costs. Based on the analysis carried out, results obtained are the effective reservoir volume was 11889.405 m3, while the results for the analysis of the population's raw water requirements in 2040 were 0.00449 m3 / sec. The reservoir body dimensions are designed as follows : reservoir’s height 11.3 m ; reservoir crest’s elevation +767.3; crest’s width 5.1 m; upstream slope 1: 3; downstream slope of 1: 2,3; overflow elevation +765; 15 m spillway’s width; and energy absorbers planned to use are USBR type III. For stability analysis, the reservoir body uses the Fellenius method where the security numbers obtained meet the requirements. The results obtained from the analysis of spillway’s stability on uplift force, shear force, rolling force and on the carrying capacity of the soil both in normal and earthquake conditions are technically safe for spillway’s stability.
