Fairuzzana, Salsabila (2019) Intensi Petani Dalam Menggunakan Inovasi Teknik Trimming Pada Agroforestri Tanaman Pinus dan Kopi di UB Forest. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
Faktor personal petani responden berdasarkan umur mayoritas petani 49,91% berumur diatas 50 tahun, pendidikan terkahir yang dienyam mayoritas Sekolah Dasar (77,27%), pengalaman usahatani petani mayoritas 68,19% petani lamanya diatas 20 tahun.
English Abstract
One of the coffees from Malang is Karlos coffee which is planted in the Karangploso, area of Malang Regency. The unique thing in Karangploso is that coffee is grown with an agroforestry system, which is in Sumbersari Hamlet, Karangploso Sub-district, Malang Regency where coffee plants are planted with agroforestry systems with pine trees. This research was conducted with the aim of; describe the process of introducing innovations in pine trimming techniques, personal and social-situational factors of farmers on innovation in pine trimming and reviewing farmers' intentions on pine trimming techniques to be carried out in their respective farms based on planned behavior theory. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Research data collection is done by using a questionnaire in structured interviews, and supported by field collection. Descriptive analysis is done to process and answer the first and second objectives, measurement with likert scale with the calculation of the score is used to analyze the intention of farmers based on the theory of planned behavior. The results in this study were introduced by the agroforestry team through interpersonal communication. Then holding an informal meeting without an official invitation from the agroforestry team, meetings were also held on the land with interpersonal communication. During invited events, practice and trimming of pine takes place there is no structured and definite schedule. Personal factors asked by farmers based on the old 49.91% were accepted above 50 years, the latest education obtained by the Elementary School (77.27%), farming experience of farmers obtained 68.19% of the old farmers over 20 years. The social-situational factor of the respondent's farmers' average land area in UB's Forest is 0.67 Ha, Perhutani's 1.2 Ha, 0.5 Ha's Yard. Agricultural extension that had been taken by farmers received 86.36% of farmers who had received coffee counseling from the Agriculture, Perhutani and the University, but none of them accepted farmers who had received information about pine. The results of farmer intentions based on planned behavior theory, field scores from farmer attitudes 3.85, subjective norms 3.96, behavior control 3.65 from max scores 5. Intention of farmers to oppose getting a field score of 3.91 from max score 5. This is related to high farmer intentions and positive for this innovation.
