Abstract
Pada perusahaan PT. Murni Mapan Makmur khususnya pada bagian produksi plastik inner karung, angka kecelakaan kerja pada tahun 2018 cukup tinggi. Dengan adanya kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi maka perlu dilakukan langkah pencegahan terhadap kecelakaan kerja. Objek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah pada proses produksi plastik inner karung. Tujuan penelitian mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya serta pencegahan yang perlu dilakukan agar kecelakaan kerja dapat dihindari dan tidak terjadi pada saat proses produksi berlangsung. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode JSA dan FMEA. Metode JSA digunakan setelah dilakukan analisis menggunakan fishbone dan diagram pareto pada data kecelakaan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan pencegahan untuk setiap potensi bahaya yang ada. Setelah itu FMEA digunakan untuk mendapatkan prioritas penanganan kecelakaan. Penilaian FMEA meliputi penilaian severity, occurance, dan detection. Penilaian dilakukan terhadap potensi bahaya yang ada pada JSA serta hasil brainstorming dengan pihak kepala bagian produksi plastik inner karung. Kemudian dilakukan rekomendasi perbaikan berupa pengendalian risiko terhadap potensi bahaya yang memiliki nilai RPN diatas nilai RPN kritis. Hasil analisis JSA dilakukan pada pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh operator blowing dan operator potong. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan penilaian FMEA dan didapatkan 7 penyebab kecelakaan yang perlu penanganan lebih lanjut dengan nilai RPN kritis tertinggi sebesar 320 pada jenis kecelakaan tangan terkena plastik panas. 7 penyebab kecelakaan tersebut terdapat dalam 4 jenis kecelakaan kerja. 4 jenis kecelakaan kerja tersebut kemudian dilakukan pengendalian bahaya berupa lima tahap pengendalian risiko yaitu eliminasi, subtitusi, pengendalian teknis, administrasi, dan APD, serta rambu dan poster keselamatan kerja.
English Abstract
The inner sack plastic production in PT. Murni Mapan Makmur has a high rate of work accidents in 2018. Therefore, it is necessary to take precautionary measures against that work accidents. The object of this research is in the production process of inner sack plastic. This study aims to identify the potential hazards and prevention that are required, as a result, the work accidents can be avoided and do not occur when the production process takes place. The research methods used JSA and FMEA . The JSA method is used after the data were analyzed using fishbone and pareto diagrams on the accident for identifying the potential hazards and the prevention for any potential hazards that existed. After that, FMEA is used to get a priority in handling the accidents. The FMEA assessment includes the assessment of severity, occurrence, and detection. The assessment was carried out on the potential hazards in the JSA and the brainstorming’s result with the head of the inner sack plastic production section. Then, the recommendations are purposed for improvements in the form of risk control for the potential hazards that have an RPN value above the critical RPN value. The results of the JSA analysis were intended to the blowing operators and cutting operators. Then, the result of the FMEA assessment was 7 causes of accidents that need further handling with the highest critical RPN value of 320 in the type of accident hand exposed to heat plastic. 7 causes of these accidents are in 4 types of workplace accidents. After the types of work accidents are revealed, the hazard control in the form of five stages of risk control are required. They are elimination, substitution, technical control, administration, PPE, a sign, and posters for work safety.
