Abstract
M.Agr.Sc. Desa Arjowilangun merupakan salah satu daerah pengirim Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI) terbesar di Kabupaten Malang. Terdapat 2.244 jiwa penduduk adalah TKI di luar negeri. Desa Arjowilangun memiliki potensi berupa remitansi yang dapat di manfaatkan untuk mendukung program Desmigratif, yaitu dengan penumbuhan dan pengembangan kewirausahaan. Penumbuhan dan pengembangan kewirausahaan dapat terbentuk dari partisipasi masyarakat desa yang umumnya masih memiliki tingkat partisipasi, kekeluargaan, kegotong-royongan, ikatan dan norma sosial tinggi yang memiliki kaitan dengan modal sosial. Namun, terdapat permasalahan yang telah diidentifikasi oleh peneliti berupa masalah dalam jaringan sosial di desa Arjowilangun, yaitu ketimpangan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat yang hanya di dominasi oleh penduduk usia tua atau diatas 40 tahun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi modal sosial dan juga mengidentifikasi hubungan modal sosial terhadap keputusan berwirausaha TKI purna di desa Arjowilangun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Social Network Analysis (SNA) yang diidentifikasi melalui tiga pendekatan yaitu rate of participation, density dan centrality. Kedua, analisis korelasi spearman rank yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan modal sosial terhadap keputusan berwirausaha. Hasil analisis SNA menunjukkan responden telah saling mengenal dan telah bertukar informasi dari satu sama lain serta telah menciptakan pola perilaku tertentu dan membangun kepercayaan diantara mereka. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi, ditemukan bahwa keputusan untuk berwirausaha TKI purna di desa Arjowilangun dipengaruhi oleh tingginya nilai modal sosial yang mereka miliki.
English Abstract
Arjowilangun Village have a large amount of Indonesian Workers (TKI),on of the largest in Malang. There are 2,244 people of the Arjowilangun Village who are migrant workers abroad. Arjowilangun Village has the potential consisting of remittances that can be utilized to support the Desmigrative program by developing entrepreneurship. The growth and development of entrepreneurship can be formed by the participation of rural communities who generally still have a level of participation, kinship, mutual cooperation, high social ties and norms that have a relationship with social capital. However, there are problems that have been identified by researchers, namely the imbalance in the level of community participation which is only dominated by people aged 40th years and over. The purpose of this study is to identify the conditions of social capital and identify the relation of social capital to the entrepreneurial decisions of former migrant workers in the Arjowilangun Village. This study uses Social Network Analysis (SNA) that identified through three approaches, namely rate of participation, density and centrality. Second, spearman rank correlation analysis, which is used to determine the relation of social capital to entrepreneurial decisions. SNA analysis showed that respondents have known each other and have exchanged information from each other and have created certain behavioral patterns and built trust between them. And then, based on the results of correlation analysis, it was found that the entrepreneurial decision of former migrant workers in Arjowilangun village was influenced by the high value of social capital.
