Abstract
TPA Tickling merupakiin TPA bare di Kota Batu yang bcroperasi pada tahun 2010 &tenpin lokasi di Desa 'Tlekung, Keemnatan Junrejo, Kota Batu. Pcnelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem operasionnl TPA Tlekung mcnggunakan 13 kritcria berdasarkan UNIT Tahun 2005. Selain itu mengeviduasi zonasi TPA berdasarkan Perm= PU No. 19 Tninin 2012 tentang Pemnitlitatan Kawasan Sekitar TPA. Sclanjutnya mengetahui potensi reduksi sampah nienggunakan analisis mass balance untuk mengetahui pcningkatan nilai dari mower:v./ire/or dari kondisi cksisting ke kondisi potensi. Terakhir adalah mengetahui perbandingan nilai manlitai dim biaya dari kondisi eksisting ke kondisi potensi. Hasil dari evaluasi sistem operasional bahwa TPA Tlekung masuk dalam katcgori controlled landfill dengan zonasi TPA bahwa pada jarak 0-500 meter tidak mernenuhi syarat karena masih ;Outwit pennukiman dun berdasarkan peraluran seharusnya masuk zona kawasan hijau. Potensi reduksi sampah di TPA Tlekung mengalami peningkatan di kondisi eksisting dan kondisi potensi dcngan dua aktor yaitu pemulung dan pegawai TPA. Langkah terakhir menggunakan analisis benefit cost rasio bahwa di kondisi eksisting menunjukkan tidak layak untuk dialan karena biaya lebih besar daripada manfaat dan pada kondisi potensi menunjukkan layak untuk dijalankan karena manfaat yang terima lebih besar dari biaya yang dikeluarkan. Rekomendasi pada penclitian ini dilakukan untuk menambah nilai manfaat yang seharusnya bisa ditcrima olch pihak TPA Tickung.
English Abstract
Raring Landfill is a new landfill iii Rain City which Operated in 2010 with a location in Tlekung Village, funny° District, Rani City. This study aims to determine the operational system of Tlekung landfill using 13 criteria based on (INEP in 2005. In addition, it evaluates TPA zoning based on Pennell PU No. 19 of 2012 concerning Utilization of the Area Around the Lang/ill. Furthermore, knowing the potential of waste reduction using mass balance analysis to determine the increase in value of the recovery factor from the existing condition to the potential condition. Finally, it is to compare the value of benefits and costs from existing conditions to potential conditions. The results of the operational system evaluation that the Tlekung landfill are in the controlled landfill category with TPA zoning that at a distance of 0-500 meters does not meet the requirements because there are still settlements and based on regulations it should enter a green zone. The potential for waste reduction in Tickling landfill has increased in existing conditions and potential conditions with two actors namely scavengers and TPA employees. The final step is to use the benefit cost ratio analysis that in the existing condition shows that it is not feasible for the diary because the cost is greater than the benefit and in the potential condition shows that it is feasible to run because the benefits received are greater than the costs incurred. Recommendations in this study were conducted to add value to benefits that should he accepted by 77ekung TPA.
