Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal terhadap faktor fundamental, mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan mengetahui pengaruh faktor fundamental terhadap nilai perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatoy research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Peneitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 untuk mengetahui hasil hipotesis. Penelitian ini memiliki variabel independen struktur modal dengan indikator Debt Assets Ratio dan Debt Equity Ratio. Variabel dependen terdiri dari faktor fundamental dan nilai perusahaa. Faktor fundamental dengan indikator Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Operating Profit Margin, dan Net Profit Margin. Nilai perusahaan dengan indikator Price Earning Ratio dan harga saham. Pengujian menggunakan PLS mendapatkan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap faktor fundamental dengan arah negatif yang berarti apabila struktur modal naik maka faktor fundamental turun, dan sebaliknya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan arah negatif yang berarti apabila struktur modal naik maka nilai perusahaan turun, dan sebaliknya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor fundamental berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan arah positif yang berarti apabila faktor fundamental naik maka nilai perusahaan juga naik, dan sebaliknya.
English Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of capital structure on fundamental factors, to know the effect of capital structure on firm value, and to know the effect of fundamental factors on firm value. This type of research is explanatoy research with a quantitative approach. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 application to find out the results of the hypothesis. This study has an independent variable capital structure with indicators of Debt Assets Ratio and Debt Equity Ratio. The dependent variable consists of fundamental factors and firm value. Fundamental factors with indicators of Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Operating Profit Margin, and Net Profit Margin. Firm value with indicators of Price Earning Ratio and stock price. Testing using PLS gets results that show that the capital structure has a significant effect on fundamental factors with a negative direction which means that if the capital structure rises, the fundamental factors go down, and the opposite. This study shows the results of the capital structure have a significant effect on the value of the company with a negative direction which means that if the capital structure rises then the value of the company falls, and the opposite. This study shows that fundamental factors have a significant effect on the value of the company with a positive direction, which means that if the fundamental factors rise then the value of the company also rises, and the opposite.
