Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menunjukkan pentingnya manajer perusahaan megelola leverage, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas perusahaan agar mendapatkan nilai perusahaan yang tinggi untuk mengirimkan sinyal positif pada investor, serta menjadi bahan pertimbangan investor untuk berinvestasi pada suatu perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan merupakan refleksi dari baik atau buruknya kinerja perusahaan, maka nilai perusahaan harus tetap dipertahankan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sektor property, real estate, dan building construction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2017, mengingat sektor ini memiliki permintaan yang tinggi, serta sektor ini dapat merncerminkan perekonomian negara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh leverage, likuiduitas, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah leverage, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas sedangkan variabel dependenya adalah nilai perusahaan. Variabel independen tersebut akan diuji secara simultan dan parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan menggunakan bantuan software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan dari variabel leverage, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas terhadap variabel nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial, hanya variabel proftiabilias yang memilki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan variabel leverage dan likuiditas tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
English Abstract
This research was conducted to the importance of managers managing the company's leverage, liquidity, and proftiability in order to get a high firm's value to send positive signal to investors, as well as a consideration for investors before investing in certain company. The firm's value can reflect wether the performance of the company is good or bad, so the firm's value must be maintained. This research is conducted in property, real estate, and building construction sector listed in Indonesia Stick Exchange (IDX) during the periods of 2015-2017, considering that this sector had high demands and also this sector could reflect the country's economy. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of leverage, likuiditas, and profitability on firm's value. The type of this research is explanatory reasearch, using quantitative approach. The populations of this research were 15 companies taken using purposive sampling technique. The independent variables in this research are leverage, liquidity, and profitability while the dependent variable is the firm's value. The independent variable will be tested simultaneously and partially on the firm's value by using the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) software version 24. The result of this research indicates simultaneously leverage, liquidity, and profitability has significant effects on firm's value. Partially, only the profitability variable has a significant effect on firm's value while the leverage and liquidity variables didn't have a significant effect on firm's value.
