Abstract
Perpustakaan sekolah memiliki peranan penting sebagai salah satu sarana penunjang dalam pencapaian sasaran pendidikan yang telah dicanangkan badan induknya. Hal tersebut dapat dicapai melalui pelayanan perpustakaan kepada anggota lembaga. Agar pencapaian pelayanan dapat terlaksana dengan baik, maka perpustakaan sekolah harus memiliki acuan dalam pelayanan perpustakaan. Salah satu acuan yang digunakan adalah Standar Nasional Perpustakaan Sekolah Menengah Atas/Madrasah Aliyah (SNP 012:2017) yang di dalamnya meliputi, standar jam pelayanan perpustakaan, jenis pelayanan perpustakaan, program wajib baca di perpustakaan, program pendidikan pemustaka, program literasi informasi, promosi perpustakaan, laporan, kerja sama dan integrasi kurikulum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penerapan Standar Nasional Perpustakaan Sekolah pada Perpustakaan SMAN 1 Malang dan beberapa faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis data kualitatif milik John W. Cresswell. Penerapan Standar Nasional Perpustakaan Sekolah pada Perpustakaan SMAN 1 Malang masih belum berjalan maksimal karena terdapat indikator yang belum diterapkan. Standar yang telah diterapkan, yaitu: jam pelayanan perpustakaan, jenis pelayanan perpustakaan, program pendidikan pemustaka, program literasi informasi, promosi perpustakaan, laporan, kerja sama dan integrasi kurikulum. Sedangkan standar yang belum terpenuhi adalah program wajib baca di perpustakaan. Belum dapat diterapkannya semua standar disebabkan karena adanya faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Faktor pendukung tersebut adalah sumber daya manusia, anggaran dan jumlah koleksi, selanjutnya pada faktor penghambat terdapat kedisiplinan pemustaka dan lokasi perpustakaan. Standar Nasional Perpustakaan perlu diterapkan secara menyeluruh, agar Perpustakaan SMAN 1 Malang dapat menunjang pencapaian lembaga induk, melayani kebutuhan pemustaka secara optimal dan menjadi perpustakaan sekolah yang terstandar nasional.
English Abstract
School library have an important role as a means of supporting achievement of educational goals that have been proclaimed of parent institution. This can be achieved through library services to members of the institution. So that the achievement of library service can be done well, the school library must have a reference in library services. One of the references used is Standar Nasional Perpustakaan Sekolah Menengah Atas/Madrasah Aliyah (SNP 012:2017)/National Standards for Senior High School/Islamic Senior High School (SNP 012:2017), which is include standard of library service hour, types of library services, compulsory reading program in library, library education program, information literacy program, library promotion, report, collaboration and curriculum integration. The purposes of this research are to describe and analyze the implementation of the National Standards of School Library at of SMAN 1 Malang's Library and some supporting factors and obstacle factors in their implementation. This implementation uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data analysis used in this research is a qualitative data analysis model of John W. Cresswell. Implementation of National Standards for School Libraries at SMAN 1 Malang's Library is still not optimal because there are indicators that have not been implemented. Standards that have been applied are library service hour, types of library services, library education program, information literacy program, library promotion, report, collaboration and curriculum integration. While standard that have been applied are compulsory reading programs in library. Not all standards can be applied because of the supporting factors and obstacle factors. The supporting factors are human resources, budget and number of collections, then the obstacle factors are discipline of user and library location. National Library Standard need to be implemented thoroughly, so that SMAN 1 Malang's Library can support achievement of parent institution, serve need of library user optimally and become a national standardized school library.
