Abstract
Poliklinik Pabrik Gula Kebon Agung Malang menggunakan modul kesehatan yang dibuat oleh dokter Jack Roebijoso bersama dengan Tim dokter keluarga Universitas Brawijaya untuk membantu Tim medis dan pasien dalam proses mengelola diabetes. Modul kesehatan ini berisi arahan dalam mengelola diabetes dan rekam medis pasien dalam mengelola diabetes. Namun, terdapat beberapa permasalahan dalam proses pengelolaan diabetes karena semua prosesnya masih berjalan secara manual. Modul kesehatan tersebut masih berupa dokumen cetak yang memiliki risiko hilang atau rusak dan jika hilang maka akan mempersulit dokter dalam proses analis dan diagnosis karena tidak dapat melihat rekam medis pasien. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa keluhan dari pasien bahwa mereka kesulitan untuk berkonsultasi dengan tim kesehatan Poliklinik secara langsung karena alasan jarak yang jauh atau telah pindah rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi yang dapat membantu mengelola informasi pribadi pasien, mengelola rekam medis pasien, dan membantu pasien dan dokter dalam melakukan konsultasi. Dalam pengembangannya, sistem yang dibangun berbasis mobile agar pengguna dapat menggunakan sistem dimana pun dan kapan pun selama terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah throw-away prototyping. Kemudian sistem diuji dengan menggunakan metode pengujian validasi untuk mengetahui bahwa sistem telah memenuhi persyaratan pengguna dan metode pengujian kompatibilitas untuk mengetahui bahwa sistem dapat berjalan pada sistem operasi Android diatas versi lima. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem 100% valid dan 100% kompatibel.
English Abstract
The Kebon Agung Malang Sugar Factory Polyclinic uses a health module made by Jack Roebijoso and the family doctor team of Universitas Brawijaya to help the medical team and patients in the process of managing diabetes. This health module contains directions and the patient’s medical record in managing diabetes. However, there are several problems in its application. The health module is still in the form of printed documents so it has the risk of being lost or damaged. If it is lost, it would be difficult for the doctor to do an analysis and diagnosis. Other than that, there are some cases where patients difficult to consult directly with the medical team because they have moved to another place. This research has a purpose to build an information system that can help manage patient’s personal information, manage patient’s medical records, and help patients and doctors to do a consultation through the system. In its development, the system is built on the mobile platform so the users can use the system wherever and whenever they want as long as it is connected to the internet network. The system development method is throw-away prototyping. Then the system is tested using validation testing methods to find out that the system has been meets user requirements and compatibility testing methods to find out that the system can run on the Android operating system above version five. The results show that the system is 100% valid and 100% compatible
