Abstract

Mobile banking merupakan layanan yang memungkinkan nasabah bank melakukan transaksi perbankan melalui ponsel atau smartphone. Salah satu bank yang menyediakan fasilitas mobile banking adalah Bank Negara Indonesia dengan aplikasi mobile banking bernama BNI Mobile banking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna jangka panjang menggunakan metode UX Curve dimana metode tersebut memiliki 5 aspek yaitu General UX, Attractiveness, Ease-of-use, Utility dan Degree of Usage. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dengan memberikan kurva template kepada 20 responden. Didapatkan 100 kurva dari hasil pengambilan data yang dikategorikan menjadi Improving, Deteriorating dan Stable sesuai dengan arah kurva yang telah digambarkan. Setelah dikategorikan didapatkan hasil sebesar 50 kurva mengalami Improving, 34 kurva mengalami Deteriorating dan 16 kurva mengalami Stable. Selain kurva responden juga diminta memberikan alasan yang nantinya akan dibagi menjadi alasan positif dan negatif. Untuk aspek General UX rata-rata alasannya 3,5, Attractiveness rata-rata alasannya 2,9, Ease-of-Use rata-rata alasannya 2,9, Utility rata-rata alasannya 2,7, Degree of Usage rata-rata alasannya 3,1. Dari beberapa alasan yang diberikan responden merasa termudahkan segala urusannya dan lebih efisien karena tidak perlu ke bank. Selain itu responden juga mengeluhkan eror yang sering terjadi ketika ingin menggunakan aplikasi BNI Mobile banking. Selanjutnya ada final questionnaire yang berguna untuk melihat keterkaitan antara kurva dengan kepuasan pengguna yang nantinya akan didapatkan hasil apakah responden merekomendasikan aplikasi tersebut kepada temannya. Jawaban dari final questionnaire tersebut ialah seluruh responden sepakat untuk merekomendasikan aplikasi BNI Mobile banking ini kepada temannya.

English Abstract

Mobile banking is a service that allows bank customers to conduct banking transactions through a cellphone or a smartphone. One of the banks that provide mobile banking facilities is Bank Negara Indonesia with BNI Mobile banking application. This research aims to evaluate long-term user experience using the UX Curve Method which has 5 aspects to evaluate which are General UX, Attractiveness, Ease-of-use, utility and Degree of Usage. The data collected in this research is gathered by giving 20 respondents a template curve. One hundred curves were gathered which were then categorized into either Improving, Deteriorating or Stable based on how the curve was drawn. After being categorization, 50 curves were categorized as Improving, another 34 curves were categorized as Deteriorating, and another 16 curves were categorized as Stable. Besides drawing curves, respondents were asked to give a reason which will be divided into positive and negative reasons. For the General UX aspect the average reason is 3,5, Attractiveness an average of 2,9, Ease-of-Use the average reason is 2,9, Utility average reason is 2,7, Degree of Usage the average reason is 3,1.The reaction of respondents who expressed discomfort at experiencing certain errors when using the BNI Mobile banking application is also recorded. A final questionnaire will then be distributed to identify the correlation between the curves and user satisfaction, which will then be utilized to know if the respondents will recommend the application to their friends. The findings from the final questionnaire were that all respondents agreed to recommend to BNI Mobile banking application to their friends.
