Abstract
CV Gumcode Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan jasa pengembangan sistem yang berasal dari sebuah startup pada tahun 2013 dan memiliki izin CV pada tahun 2018. Tahun 2011 Marmer et, al, melakukan penelitian tentang critical issues yang dihadapi startup berbasis teknologi, berupa manajemen keuangan dan manajemen produk yang memiliki pengaruh besar. Hal yang juga pernah dihadapi oleh CV Gumcode Indonesia pada tahun 2017, berupa permasalahan pada pengelolaan aset perusahaan karena belum lengkapnya SOP dalam manajemen keuangan. Kesalahan selama proses pencatatan transaksi keuangan menyebabkan perusahaan mengalami kerugian walau terbilang kurang dari satu digit nominal. Hal tersebut menuntut perusahaan agar melakukan perencanaan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi berupa sebuah sistem yang dapat mengakomodasi kegiatan manajemen keuangan. Untuk dapat mewujudkan sistem tersebut, perlu dilakukan rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan metode waterfall karena kelebihannya dalam elisitasi kebutuhan pengguna dan sistem yang bersifat stabil dan tidak berubah-ubah. Selain metode waterfall, digunakan juga pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan pemodelan BPMN untuk mendukung proses rekayasa perangkat lunak. Hasil dari kegiatan eslisitasi proses bisnis ditemukan masalah dalam pengelolaan data transaksi keuangan, sehingga diajukan tiga proses bisnis (to-be) sebagai pembenahan dari tiga proses bisnis (as-is) yang sedang berjalan. Sedangkan perancangan menggunakan UML terhadap kebutuhan-kebutuhan tersebut menghasilkan 14 diagram use case, 4 kelas control, 7 kelas model, 17 diagram sequence dan 13 tabel basis data. Untuk menguji pengimplementasian hasil analisis dan perancangan digunakan pengujian validasi yang menyatakan semua kebutuhan/fitur valid dan pengujian kompatibilitas yang menyatakan terdapat 1 critical issue pada keamanan https di browser firefox dan chrome, serta major issues pada definisi CSS di browser IE dan Safari. Hasil evaluasi terhadap sistem yang telah diuji menunjukan bahwa, masih perlu dilakukan pengawasan dalam penerapan sistem manajemen keuangan ini karena kondisi perusahaan yang memungkinkan mengalami perubahan maupun penyesuaian SOP-SOP manajemen keuangan yang baru.
English Abstract
CV Gumcode Indonesia is a service company which development a system, that created from a startup in 2013 and has CV permission in 2018. In 2011 Marmer et, al. conduct a research on critical issues faced by technology-based startups, in the field of financial management and product management which have a large influence. Things that had also been faced by CV Gumcode Indonesia in 2017, a problem in the management of company assets because of the incomplete SOP in financial management. Errors during the process of recording financial transactions cause the company to suffer losses even though it is less than one nominal digit. This requires the company to plan to utilize information technology in the form of a system that can accommodate financial management activities. To be able to create the system, it is necessary to do software engineering with the waterfall method because of its advantages in the elicitation of user and systems needs that are stable and unchanging. In addition of the waterfall method, Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling and BPMN modeling are also used to support the software engineering process. The results of the business process elicitation, are found a problem in the management of financial transaction, so there are three business processes (to-be) are proposed as improvements of three ongoing business processes (as-is). While the design of using UML on these needs produces 14 use case diagrams, 4 control classes, 7 model classes, 17 sequence diagrams and 13 database tables. Testing the implementation from the results of analysis and design, are using a validation testing that states all needs or features are valid, and compatibility testing which states that there is 1 critical issue on https security for Firefox and chrome browsers, and major issues in CSS styles for IE and Safari browsers. The evaluation of the system that has been tested, show that it is still need to be supervised for the implementation of this financial management system because of the conditions of the company may changes and adjustments to new financial management SOPs.
