Abstract
Pada tingkat sekolah menengah atas atau Pendidikan level 3 menurut program di ISCED akan mendiferensiasi peserta didiknya dengan adanya peningkatan jangkauan keminatan dari peserta didik. Lulusan sekolah menengah atas akan difokuskan untuk melanjutkan pendidikannya ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi, yaitu perguruan tinggi. Hasil pembelajaran yang diterima oleh alumni akan mempengaruhi pola pikir alumni saat menempuh pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan evaluasi pembelajaran oleh pihak sekolah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas kegiatan pembelajaran yang sedang berlangsung. SMA Suluh merupakan sekolah menengah atas swasta yang berada di Jakarta Selatan yang memiliki masalah dalam hal mengelola data alumni. Guru BK selaku penanggung jawab data alumni hanya dapat mendata alumni yang berhasil melanjutkan pendidikannya di perguruan tinggi negeri berdasarkan hasil laporan dari bagian humas SMA Suluh, sehingga ketika SMA Suluh akan mengundang alumni untuk hadir pada kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan akan sulit dikarenakan data alumni yang tidak lengkap. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya sistem yang dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem informasi tracer study alumni dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan pelacakan alumni dan mengundang alumni yang ada di SMA Suluh. Sistem tersebut merupakan sistem berbasis website yang dikembangkan dengan metode RUP. Rentang persentasi hasil pengujian user acceptance testing dari tahap transition yang diberikan pada guru BK dan kelas XII adalah 80% sampai 90%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi tracer study alumni yang dikembangkan dapat diterima oleh pengguna
English Abstract
At the level of high school or Level 3 Education according to the program at ISCED it will differentiate its students with an increase in the range of interests of students. High school graduates will be focused on continuing their education to a higher level, namely universities. Learning outcomes received by alumni will influence the mindset of alumni when they are studying in college. Therefore, learning evaluation is needed by the school to determine the effectiveness of ongoing learning activities. Suluh High School is a private high school in South Jakarta that has problems in managing alumni data. BK teacher as the person in charge of alumni data can only record alumni who succeeded in continuing their education in state universities based on the results of reports from the public relations department of SMA Suluh, so that when Suluh High School will invite alumni to attend the activities to be carried out it will be difficult because of incomplete alumni data . Therefore, there is a need for a system that can help overcome these problems. The tracer study alumni information system can help overcome the problem of alumni tracking and invite alumni at Suluh High School. The system is a website-based system developed with the RUP method. The percentage of user acceptance testing results from the transition stage given to BK teachers and class XII is 80% to 90%, so it can be concluded that the developed tracer study information system for alumni can be accepted by users.
