Abstract
Gizi pada anak di Indonesia sampai sekarang masih menjadi permasalahan yang belum bisa terselesaikan. Asupan gizi yang kurang dapat menyebabkan gizi buruk dan stunting (tubuh pendek). Indonesia termasuk negara terbesar ke lima dengan jumlah hampir 9 juta anak balita yang mengalami stunting. Balita yang mengalami stunting biasanya akan memiliki tingkat kecerdasan yang tidak maksimal, akan rentan terhadap penyakit, akan mengalami obesitas dikemudian hari dan akan menurunkan tingkat produktivitas di masa depan. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan stunting pada balita salah satunya yaitu, kurangnya pengetahuan orang tua mengenai komposisi variasi bahan makanan yang harus dikonsumsi oleh balita untuk memperoleh gizi seimbang dari sebelum kehamilan, masa kehamilan, setelah melahirkan. Pemenuhan gizi seimbang untuk balita tidak cukup hanya dengan satu makanan. Pemenuhan gizi seimbang bagi balita dapat diperoleh dari kombinasi beragam bahan makanan yang mengandung semua unsur zat gizi. Pada penelitian ini, memberikan rekomendasi komposisi bahan makanan selama 7 hari menggunakan algoritme genetika untuk mepermudah para orang tua dalam mengkombinasikan bahan makanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi balita. Pembentukan kromosom pada penelitian ini menggunakan representasi bilangan integer, proses crossover menggunakan metode extended intermediate crossover, proses mutasi menggunakan metode random mutation, proses evaluasi dengan mencari nilai fitness pada masing-masing individu, dan metode seleksi yang digunakan yaitu elitism. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian parameter algoritme genetika, pengujian kombinasi nilai Cr dan Mr paling optimal yaitu 0,7 dan 0,3 dengan rata-rata nilai fitness sebesar 97,412. Pengujian ukuran populasi paling optimal yaitu ukuran populasi 90 dengan rata-rata nilai fitness sebesar 96,95. Pengujian ukuran generasi paling optimal yaitu jumlah generasi 350 dengan rata-rata nilai fitness sebesar 96,664. Rata-rata selisih kandungan energi, protein, lemak dan karbohidrat adalah 11,61%, -16,09%, 33,37%, 9,60% dan mampu menghemat pengeluaran orang tua sebesar 35,77% dengan rata-rata harga sebesar Rp.19269,21.
English Abstract
The number of good nutrients provided to kids in Indonesia has been a common problem and has yet to be solved. The lack of nutritional intake can cause malnutrition and stunting (the lack of height growth). Indonesia has become the fifth biggest country in terms of the numbers of toodlers suffering stunting, whose numbers have risen to nearly 9 million toddlers. Toddlers that suffer from stunting commonly have low-level intelligence and are at higher risk of contracting diseases, and also risk being obese in the future which will lower their productivity rate. Stunting in toddlers can be caused by many factors, one of which is the lack of knowledge possessed by the parents of the combination of a variety of food ingredients which must be fed to the toddler in order to provide a perfectly balanced supply of nutrients, especially before pregnancy, during pregnancy, and after pregnancy. Providing a single dish does not always provide a perfectly balanced supply of nutrients. Providing a stable supply of perfectly balanced nutrients can be achieved by a variety of food ingredient combinations that contain roughly the same amount of nutrients. In this research, a recommendation of food compositions was provided through the course of 7 days using a genetic algorithm to assist parents in combining food ingredients which corresponded with a toddler’s nutritional needs. The chromosome formation in this results was represented using an integer number, the crossover process used a extended intermediate crossover method, the mutation process used a random mutation method, the evaluation process was done through the use of a fitness value of each individual, and elitism was used as the selection method. Based on the testing parameters of the genetic algorithm, the optimal results from the combination of Cr and Mr test was 0,7 and 0,3 and the fitness results had an average score of 97,412. The testing results on the optimal size of the population was discovered to be 90 with an average fitness score of 96,95. Testing of the most optimal number of generations that need to be generated were 350 generations with an average fitness score of 96,664. The average difference of the amount of energy, protein, fat, and carbohydrates were 11,61%, -16,09%, 33,37%, 9,60% and was capable of saving the parents expenses as much as 35,77% with the average cost of a dish was Rp.19269,21.
