Abstract
Desa Pesucen merupakan salah satu Desa di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang kekurangan air bersih. Lokasi Desa Pesucen sebagian besar berada pada dataran tinggi dan jauh dari pusat kota yang membuat pelayanan dari Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum dan instalasi air yang baik belum ada di Desa Pesucen. Dengan permasalahan tersebut maka dalam studi ini membahas tentang perencanaan jaringan air bersih di Desa Pesucen yang memanfaatkan debit sumber air Papring sebesar 22 liter/detik. Dalam studi ini dilakukan analisa jaringan air bersih dengan bantuan program WaterCAD V8i guna mengetahui kondisi hidrolis jaringan perpipaan. Kemudian melakukan analisa rencana anggaran biaya meliputi pipa beserta aksesorisnya. Hasil dari perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya digunakan untuk analisa ekonomi. Hasil simulasi dengan program WaterCAD V8i menunjukkan sistem jaringan perpipaan berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan kondisi tekanan pada pipa saat jam puncak 07.00 berkisar antara 0,70 – 7,89 atm, headloss gradient berkisar antara 0,124 - 9,08 m/km dan kecepatan aliran dalam pipa berkisar antara 0,1 - 0,6 m/detik. Hasil tersebut sudah memenuhi kriteria perencanaan jaringan pipa pada sistem distribusi air bersih. Anggaran biaya sebesar Rp 1.158.090.200,00. Untuk hasil analisa ekonomi pada tingkat suku bunga 6,0% didapatkan nilai rasio biaya manfaat (B/C) sebesar 1,24, selisih biaya manfaat (B-C) sebesar Rp 41.761.508,07/tahun, periode pengembalian 6,450 dan harga jual air minimal sebesar Rp 1.700,00/m³.
English Abstract
Pesucen Village is one of the villages in Banyuwangi Regency which lacks clean water. The location of the village of Pesucen is mostly located in the highlands and far from the city center which makes the services of the Regional Water Company and good water installations not yet in Pesucen Village. With these problems, this study discusses the planning of clean water networks in Pesucen Village that utilize Papring water source discharge of 22 liters / second. In this study an analysis of the clean water network was carried out with the help of the WaterCAD V8i program to determine the hydraulic conditions of the piping network. Then analyze the budget plan including the pipe and its accessories. The results of the calculation of the budget plan are used for economic analysis. The simulation results with the WaterCAD V8i program show that the pipeline network system is running well. This can be seen based on the condition of the pressure on the pipe when the peak hours of 07.00 ranged from 0.70 - 7.89 atm, headloss gradient ranged from 0.124 - 9.08 m / km and the flow velocity in the pipe ranged from 0.1 - 0.6 m / sec. These results have met the criteria for pipeline planning in the clean water distribution system. Budget of Rp. 1,158,090,200.00 For the results of economic analysis at an interest rate of 6.0%, the benefit cost ratio (B / C) is 1.24, the benefit cost difference (BC) is Rp. 41.761.508,07 / year, the return period is 6,45 and the selling price of water minimum of IDR 1,700.00 / m³.
