Abstract
Dalam pelaksanaan proyek pada suatu perusahaan diperlukan adanya perencanaan, dan eksekusi yang tepat untuk menghasilkan sebuah proyek yang sukses. Dalam usaha mencapai kesuksesan proyek, diantaranya diperlukan sebuah estimasi biaya yang terstandar. Dengan estimasi biaya yang terstandar maka kemungkinan sebuah proyek untuk kelebihan maupun kekurangan biaya dapat diminimalkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 proyek dari CV. Utomo Sakti (Cloud Astro) pada tahun 2018 untuk dijadikan objeknya. Dari keempat proyek tersebut 2 projek berjenis website profil/portal, dan 2 proyek berjenis sistem informasi manajemen. Dari proyek-proyek tersebut nantinya akan dilakukan analisis biaya proyek menggunakan sebuah metode perhitungan estimasi biaya yaitu metode Use case Point. Untuk menggunakan metode tersebut diperlukan data dokumentasi pengembangan berupa Use case Diagram dan Use case Scenario. Dari hasil perhitungan estimasi biaya dan waktu menggunakan metode tersebut lalu dibandingkan dengan hasil estimasi biaya dan waktu dari CV. Utomo Sakti (Cloud Astro) untuk menemukan rata-rata nilai Percent error. Untuk durasi pengerjaan menghasilkan nilai 50,06% lebih lama untuk website, dan 43,11% lebih cepat untuk sistem informasi manajemen. Lalu untuk biaya proyek 18,33% lebih mahal untuk website, dan 33,33% lebih mahal untuk sistem informasi manajemen. Setelah itu dilakukan penjadwalan proyek yang digambarkan dengan Gantt chart dengan berdasar pada Work breakdown structure. Hasil dari penelitian ini nantinya dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi CV. Utomo Sakti (Cloud Astro) dalam melakukan estimasi waktu biaya proyek perangkat lunak
English Abstract
In the implementation of a project in a company, it is necessary to have a right planning and execution to result a successful project. In an effort to achieve a successful project, including a standard cost estimation is required. With standarized cost estimation, the possibility of a project for excess or lack of cost can be minimized. In this study uses 4 project from CV. Utomo Sakti (Cloud Astro) in 2018 to become its object. From the four project, 2 is profile/portal website, and 2 of them is management information system type of project. From these project, a project cost analysis will be using estimation cost method called Use case Point. To use this method, deveopment documentation data in a form of Use case Diagram and Use case Scenario is required. From the calculating of the cost and time estimation result, then compared with the result of estimated cost and time from CV. Utomo Sakti (Cloud Astro) to find the average value of Percent error. For the work duration, it result a value 50.06% longer for the website, and 43.11% faster for the management information system. And then for project cost estimation result a value 8.33% more expensive for websites, and 33.33% more expensive for management information systems. After that, project schedulling is desribed by Gantt chart based on Work breakdown structure. The result of this study can later be considered for CV. Utomo Sakti (Astro Cloud) in estimating the cost of software projects
