Abstract
Layanan Dataku adalah sebuah Layanan pusat data statistik yang ada pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Layanan Dataku memiliki tiga buah proses bisnis yaitu proses bisnis penggalian data, proses bisnis pengolahan data serta proses bisnis publikasi data. Pada pelaksanaan proses bisnis terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang mengganggu jalannya proses bisnis. Terdapat 7 potensi permasalahan dengan nilai RPN (Risk Priority Number) tertinggi diantaranya, saat Kepala Dinas menerima surat dan memberikan keputusan penggalian data secara manual, OPD memberikan keputusan izin penggalian data secara manual, OPD memberikan akses penggalian data secara terbatas, Seksi pengolahan data mendapatkan hasil penggalian data dari pihak ketiga, Menyiapkan data yang akan diolah, Memberikan keputusan kelayakan publikasi data, Memasuki halaman website. Tahapan pertama penelitian ini yaitu melakukan identifikasi proses bisnis, kemudian memodelkan proses bisnis menggunakan Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), selanjutnya melakukan analisis dan evaluasi menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk mengurutkan permasalahan berdasarkan nilai RPN tertinggi agar dapat dievaluasi. Kemudian dilakukan penyusunan perbaikan rekomendasi proses bisnis dengan menggunakan metode Business Process Improvement (BPI) dengan bantuan tools Streamlining.Terdapat peningkatan sebesar 42,64% pada proses bisnis penggalian data, 31,99% pada pengolahan data dan 0,18% pada publikasi data. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan durasi pemecahan masalah yang lebih cepat serta menghasilkan rekomendasi yang dapat diterapkan untuk dapat meminimalisir permasalahan yang terjadi berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan.
English Abstract
Layanan Dataku is a service center for statistical data at the communication and information office of Sidoarjo Regency. Layanan Dataku has three business processes for data mining, data processing and data publication.in the daily implementation of the business processes, there are several problems that interfere with the business processes. There are 7 potential problem with the highest RPN (risk priority number) value, which are when the Head of Office receives a letter and gives a decision to extract data manually, the OPD gives a decision to permit data mining manually, the OPD gives limited access to data mining, the data processing section gets results extracting data from third parties, Preparing data to be processed, Providing eligibility decisions on data publication and Entering the website page.the first step in this research is to identify key business processes and supporters using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method so it can analyze the problem deeply and sort the problem based on the highest RPN value that will be used as an evaluation. Continued to stage of preparing recommendations for business process improvement using the Business Process Improvement (BPI) method with the help of tools at BPI, named streamlining. From the simulation results of current business processes (as is) and recommendations (to be) on business processes reporting and publishing news, it was found that an increase in time analysis experienced an increase in time effectiveness of 42.64% in data mining, 31.99% in data processing and 0.18% in data publication. The conclusion from the result is the business process recommendations (to be) can produce a faster duration of problemsolving and produce recommendations that can be applied to minimize problems that occur based on the results of analysis and evaluation.
