Abstract
Dosen Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya (FIA UB) memiliki kegiatan selain memberikan kuliah di kampus, seperti dosen yang melakukan kegiatan mereka untuk fakultas dan kebutuhan pribadi. Sebagai contoh, Dosen yang melakukan konferensi, penelitian, seminar atau kegiatan lain yang dapat meninggalkan suatu pekerjaannya dalam beberapa waktu atau hari di Kampus. Ini menimbulkan beberapa masalah, yang pertama adalah ada antrian dan akumulasi pekerjaan daripada mereka yang memiliki wewenang untuk mengizinkan kegiatan. Masalah kedua adalah pengajuan draft surat tugas hanya dapat diajukan setelah pengajuan kegiatan telah disetujui oleh pihak yang berwenang untuk menyetujuinya. Permasalahan ketiga adalah Pengaju Kegiatan kadang lupa untuk melaporkan hasil kegiatan dan pembukuan Surat Pertanggung Jawaban (SPJ). Permasalahan yang sudah disebutkan, dapat mempengaruhi kegiatan akreditasi fakultas maupun jurusan jika terdapat file yang tidak lengkap saat dibutuhkan. Dekan dan jajarannya ingin mengetahui kegiatan dan acara daripada Dosen. Untuk mengatasi masalah terserbut dikembangkanlah sistem yang bertujuan untuk mengelola dan membuatnya lebih mudah untuk mengirimkan kegiatan sampai pelaporan. Dengan mengacu Struktur Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang dapat membantu pembangunan sistem yang akan dikembangkan. Sistem ini melibatkan 7 aktor, elisitasi kebutuhan menghasilkan 37 kebutuhan fungsional, perancangan, impelementasi dan pengujian diambil 3 sampel dari 37 fungsi utama. Pengujian dalam sistem ini terdapat pengujian unit, pengujian integrasi, pengujian validasi dan pengujian kompatibilitas dari sistem. Manfaat yang dapat diterima dari pihak Pengaju Kegiatan adalah kemudahan untuk mengajukan kegiatan dan draft surat tugas karena tidak bekerja dua kali. Dan pihak Dekan dan jajarannya lebih mudah mengetahui aktivitas Dosen di FIA UB.
English Abstract
Brawijaya University's Faculty of Administrative Sciences (FIA UB) lecturers have activities besides providing lectures on campus, like lecturers who carry out their activities for faculty and personal needs. For example, lecturers who conduct conferences, research, seminars or other activities that can leave a job for some time or day on campus. It causes several problems, the first is that there are a queue and accumulation of work rather than those are who have the authority to allow the activities. The second problem is the submission of the draft assignment letter can only be submitted after the submission of activities has been approved by the authorized party to approve it. The third problem is that the Activity Applicant sometimes forgets to report the results of activities and bookkeeping of the Accountability Letter (SPJ). Problems that have been mentioned, can affect the faculty and department accreditation activities, if there are incomplete files when it is needed. Also, the dean and staff want to know the activities and the event rather than the lecturers. To solve the problems developed a system that purposes to manage and make it easier to submit activities until reporting. By referring to the Procedure Operating System (POS), it can help the development of the system that will be developed. The system involves 7 actors, the needs of elicitation are producing 37 functional needs, design, implementation and the test has been taken 3 of the sample from 37 main functions. The tests in this system include unit testing, integration testing, validation testing and compatibility testing of the system. The benefits that can be received from the Applicant are the ease of submitting activities and draft assignments because they do not work twice. Also, the Deans and their staff will be easier to know the activities of the Lecturers at FIA UB.
