Abstract
Sekolah Menengah Atas Sejahtera 1 Depok merupakan salah satu instansi pendidikan di kota Depok di bawah naungan Yayasan keluarga Sejahtera Bandung. Tugas pokok SMA Sejahtera 1 adalah menjalankan proses pembelajaran, evaluasi hasil belajar peserta didik, dan meluluskan peserta didik yang berkualitas memenuhi standar yang dipersyaratkan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan Bapak Siswanto selaku Guru BPTIK (Bimbingan dan Penyuluhan TIK) mengatakan bahwa terdapat kendala yang dihadapi, proses Pendaftaran Peserta Didik Baru masih dilakukan secara manual. Pada proses evaluasi siswa, distribusi penilaian untuk rapor siswa sangat kompleks, jadi harus melalui berbagai macam tahap. Sehingga berdasarkan kendala yang sudah dijelaskan sebelumnya diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu menangani masalah tersebut. Pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen akademik sekolah dilakukan dengan menggunakan Waterfall model dan diimplementasikan dengan aplikasi berbasis web. Tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Dari hasil pengujian validation testing sistem berdasarkan pada kebutuhan fungsional didapatkan hasil valid dan pada pengujian User Acceptance Testing yang diberikan kepada pihak guru BPTIK sebagai admin (nilai persentase UAT sebesar 90%), pihak guru selaku penilai siswa (nilai persentase UAT sebesar 90%), dan pihak calon siswa sebagai pendaftar (nilai persentase UAT sebesar 85%)
English Abstract
Sejahtera 1 Depok Senior High School is one of the educational institutions in Depok city under the auspices of the family sejahtera bandung foundation. Main tasks Sejahtera 1 Senior High School is to run the learning process, evaluate the learning outcomes, and pass quality students who meet the required standarts. Based on interview with mr. Siswanto as BPTIK Teacher said that some problem encountered, the process of registration new students is still manually. In the process evaluate student, the distribution of scores for student report is very complex, so have to go throught several s phase. Therefore the need for information systems that can help deal with the problem. Development of school academic management information systems using waterfall model and implemented on website. Which is conducted phase is requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. After the result of the User Acceptance Test given to the BPTIK teacher as a admin (the percentage of UAT by 90%), the teacher as student assessor (the percentage of UAT by 90%), and prospective student as registrant (the percentage of UAT by 85%)
