Abstract
Peminatan siswa SMA merupakan program kurikuler untuk mengakomodasi pilihan minat, bakat, dan/atau kemampuan akademik peserta didik dengan orientasi penguasaan kelompok mata pelajaran keilmuan. Secara umum proses peminatan siswa SMA masih menggunakan sistem yang manual, salah satunya di SMAN 6 Malang. Dalam pelaksanaannya sistem yang masih manual dapat memunculkan permasalahan berupa lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam melakukan proses peminatan serta adanya kemungkinan kesalahan penginputan data di dalam prosesnya karena data siswa yang akan diolah tidak sedikit. Sistem dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan untuk membantu proses peminatan SMAN 6 Malang mulai dari pengumpulan nilai angket peminatan hingga menghasilkan rekomendasi peminatan yang sesuai dengan kriteria peminatan. Rekomendasi peminatan dihasilkan dengan menerapkan metode AHP sebagai penentu bobot prioritas masing-masing kriteria di setiap peminatan dan metode SAW digunakan untuk menghitung nilai preferensi masing-masing peminatan ke dalam sistem. Nilai preferensi peminatan yang sudah didapatkan selanjutnya akan diranking untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi peminatan siswa. Metode RUP digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem dimana pada fase inception menganalisis dan memodelkan proses bisnis as-is dan proses bisnis to-be dalam mencari permasalahan proses peminatan saat ini serta membuat solusi yang tepat untuk permasalahan. Selanjutnya pada fase elaboration yang menghasilkan 8 fitur utama dengan 29 kebutuhan fungsional dan 2 kebutuhan non-fungsional, serta melakukan perancangan untuk sistem menggunakan use case diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram, physical data model, dan perancangan interface. Pada fase construction melakukan implementasi perancangan sistem ke dalam bahasa pemograman html, css, dan php, serta melakukan pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan 2 cara, yaitu black box testing yang menghasilkan nilai valid untuk total 35 kasus uji. Sedangkan pada compability testing menandakan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik di sebagian besar peramban. Selanjutnya masuk ke fase terakhir dari pengembangan dengan metode RUP yaitu fase transition dimana melakukan proses deployment. Penelitian menghasilkan sebuah Sistem Rekomendasi Peminatan untuk Siswa SMAN 6 Malang yang dapat membantu Tim PPDB dalam menentukan peminatan siswa dari rekomendasi peminatan.
English Abstract
Specialization of high school students is a curricular program to accommodate the choices of interests, talents, and I or academic abilities of students with the mastery orientation of scientific subject groups. In general, the specialization process of high school students still uses a manual system, one of which is SMAN 6 Malang. In the implementation of the system that is still manual can bring up problems in the form of the length of time needed to carry out the specialization process and the possibility of inputting data errors in the process because there are so many student data to be processed. In this stud y the system was developed to assist the specialization process cond ucted by SMAN 6 Malang starting from the collection of specialization questionnaires to producin g specialization recommendations that were suitable for each student. To produce specialization recommendations, the system applies the AH P method as a determinant of the priorit y weights of each criterion in each specialization and the SAW method is used to calculate the preference value of each interest. The value of specialization preference that has been obtained will then be ranked to get a recommendation for student interest. The method used for system development is RU P where in inception analyzes and models the business process as-is and business process to-be infinding problems that are being experienced and the right solution for the problem. Furthermore, in the elaboration phase that produces 8 main features with 29functional requirements and 2 non-functional requirements, as well as designing for systems using use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, ph ysical data models, and interface design. In the construction phase, implementing the system design into the programming languages html, css, and ph p, as well as conductin g system testing in 2 ways, namely black box testing which produces valid values for a total of 35 test cases, and compability testing which indicates that the system can run well in most browsers. And then it goes into the last phase of development with the RU P method, which is the transition phase where the deplo yment process takes place. The research produced a Specialization Recommendation System for SM AN 6 M alang Students who can help the PPDB Team in determining student interestfrom the recommendation of specialization
