Abstract

Invert Recordings merupakan perusahaan asal Indonesia yang bergerak dibidang industri musik elektronik. Invert Recordings sebagai perusahaan label musik elektronik pertama di Indonesia melakukan proses internal branding. Sehingga studi ini mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi proses internal branding yang dilakukan semenjak awal terbentuknya perusahaan ini. Penelitian ini hanya mengungkapkan secara detil tentang proses internal branding mulai dari kegiatan internal communnication, penggunaan communication tool, kegiatan training programmes, analisis brand identification, brand commitment, brand loyalty, dan brand performance yang dilakukan oleh Invert Recordings. Internal branding dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik apabila terdapat kerjasama dan sinergi yang baik antara pimpinan dengan karyawannya. Kemudian hasil data berupa wawancara, dan observasi di analisis dengan dengan cara data condensation, display data, dan conclusion. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian diolah secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis data tersebut. Sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini akan berada pada kesimpulan akhir.

English Abstract

Invert Recordings is company from Indonesia that engaged in the field of electronic music industry. Invert Recordings as the first electronic music company label in Indonesia which has done of the internal branding process. This study identifies and evaluates the internal branding process that has been carried out since the company was founded. This research only reveals in detail about the internal branding process starting from internal communication activities, the use of communication tools, training program activities, brand identification analysis, brand commitment, brand loyalty, and brand performance in Invert Recordings. Internal branding can be meet if there is good cooperation and synergy between the leader and his employees, and among the employees themselves. Then the results of the data which form of interviews, and observations will be analyzed trough the data condensation, data display, and conclusion. The collected data was proceeded in a qualitative descriptive manner by using the data analysis. The results will bring to the final conclusion of this study.
