Abstract
Di era revolusi industri 4.0 mahasiswa tingkat akhir harus mempunyai persepsi mengenai kompetensi di dunia kerja. Hecklau (2016) merumuskan terdapat empat kompetensi inti untuk menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0, yaitu technical competencies, metodological competencies, personal competencies, dan social competencies. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk membuat skala persepsi pada aspek persepsi techinal competencies. Persepsi pada technical competencies merupakan gambaran individu dalam mengetahui pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang harus dimiliki. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kualitas dan konsistensi skala persepsi technical competencies dalam mengukur indikator persepsi technical competencies. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2015-2016 Universitas Brawijaya. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan software SPSS 24 dan AMOS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa item pada skala persepsi technical competencies secara konsisten mampu mengukur persepsi technical competencies. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa indikator pada alat ukur persepsi technical competencies mampu mengukur persepsi technical competencies.
English Abstract
In the industrial revolution era 4.0 final level students must have a perception of competence in the world of work. Hecklau (2016) formulated four core competencies to deal with the industrial revolution 4.0, namely technical competencies, methodological competencies, personal competencies, and social competencies. This study focuses on making perception measuring instruments on the technical competencies perception. Perception on technical competencies is an image of individuals in knowing the knowledge and skills that must be possessed. The purpose of this study is to see the quality and consistency of the scale of perceptions of technical competencies in measuring indicators on the scale of perceptions of technical competencies. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population used in this study is the 2015-2016 generation of students of Universitas Brawijaya. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis using validity and reliability test using SPSS 24 and AMOS software 23. The results of this study found that items on the scale of technical competencies perception consistently form the technical competencies perception. In addition, this study also found that indicators on technical competencies perception were able to construct technical competencies perception.
