Abstract
Setiap hari manusia dituntut untuk mengambil keputusan dan melaksanakan keputusan. Keputusan-keputusan yang diambil tersebut tentunya dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam faktor yang salah satunya adalah harga diri / self-esteem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan harga diri dan pengambilan keputusan pada sampel crew D’Production Event Organizer Malang. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan melakukan uji non-parametrik Kruskal Wallis terhadap hasil pengukuran skala Melbourne Decision Making Questionnaire (Melbourne DMQ) dan Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam versi bahasa Indonesia. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 48 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tidak terdapat perbedaan selfesteem dilihat dari tipe pengambilan keputusan pada crew D’Production Event Organizer Malang.
English Abstract
Every day human beings are required to make decisions and execute decisions. The decisions taken are certainly influenced by various factors, one of which is self-esteem. This study aims to determine whether or not there are differences in self-esteem and decision making in the sample crew of D’Production Event Organizer Malang. This research will be carried out by conducting an Kruskal Wallis ANOVA test on the measurement results of the Melbourne Decision Making Questionnaire (Melbourne DMQ) and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale scales that have been adapted into the Indonesian version. The number of samples used is 48 people. Based on the results of the study, there was no difference in self-esteem seen from the type of decision making to the crew of the D’Production Event Organizer Malang
