Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang status sosial ekonomi, literasi kesehatan, dan intensitas melakukan dolbon. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat status sosial ekonomi dengan tingkat literasi kesehatan terhadap intensitas melakukan dolbon yang terjadi pada masyarakat Kecamatan Curug, Kota Serang, Banten, tepatnya di Kampung Purut Jawa, Desa Sukawana, sehingga dapat diketahui masyarakat masih melakukan dolbon atau telah meninggalkannya. Konsep yang digunakan adalah konsep status sosial ekonomi dari Soekanto (2013) pada variabel X, literasi kesehatan menggunakan konsep dari WHO oleh Nutbeam (2008) pada variabel Z, dan intensitas melakukan dolbon menggunakan konsep literasi dari Del Bario pada variabel Y. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanasi, dan pendekatan korelasional. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan, korelasi rank kendall dengan bantuan SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi rank kendall sebesar 0,155 dan signifikasi sebesar 0,219, artinya 0,219 > 0,05 (H0 diterima, dan H1 ditolak), sehingga kekuatan hubungan antara variabel X dan Y sangat lemah, dan tidak signifikan, namun memiliki hubungan searah. Pada nilai koefisien korelasi variabel Z juga mengalami hal tersebut dengan variabel X, namun dengan angka koefisien dan signifikasi yang berbeda, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa tingkat status sosial ekonomi mempengaruhi tingkat literasi kesehatan, yang menghasilkan kategori sedang. Tingkat literasi kesehatan yang sedang dan tinggi, mempengaruhi intensitas masyarakat melakukan dolbon cenderung tidak pernah dilakukan.
English Abstract
This study discusses socioeconomic status, health literacy, and the intensity of doing dolbon. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of socioeconomic status and the level of health literacy on the intensity of dolbon that occurred in Curug Subdistrict community, Serang City, Banten, precisely in Purut Java Village, Sukawana Village, so that people could still practice dolbon or has left it. The concept used is the concept of socio-economic status from Soekanto (2013) on variable X, health literacy uses the concept of WHO by Nutbeam (2008) on variable Z, and the intensity of dolbon using the literacy concept from Del Bario on variable Y. The method used is a quantitative methods with types of explanatory research, and correlational approaches. Technical data analysis used, correlation rank kendall with the help of SPSS 23.0. The results of this study indicate the rank kendall correlation coefficient of 0,155 and significance of 0,219, meaning 0,219 > 0,05 (H0 is accepted, and H1 is rejected), so the strength of the relationship between variables X and Y is very weak, and not significant. The variable correlation coefficient Z also experienced this with the X variable, but with different coefficient and significance numbers, it was concluded that the level of socioeconomic status affected the level of health literacy, which resulted in a moderate category. Moderate and high levels of health literacy, affecting the intensity of the community doing dolbon tend to never be done.
