Abstract

PT. Focus Inservindo yang juga memiliki nama brand FOCUS adalah salah satu organisasi yang membantu para pengusaha Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) dalam penyediaan jaminan baik berupa Surety Bond (jaminan yang diterbitkan perusahaan asuransi) maupun Garansi Bank (jaminan yang diterbitkan oleh Bank), membantu perusahaan asuransi dalam sosialisasi produk Kontra Bank Garansi dan membantu Bank dalam meningkatkan pelayanan Bank Garansi bagi para nasabahnya. PT. Focus Inservindo menginginkan pengembangan website yang ada agar website tersebut dapat berfungsi meningkatkan kredibilitas perusahaan sehingga perusahaan dapat lebih efektif untuk memperluas cakupan serta meningkatnya profit perusahaan dimana hal tersebut merupakan salah satu tujuan dari perusahaan. Dengan pengembangan website dari segi tampilan, struktur informasi serta tambahan beberapa fitur, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan sehingga tertarik menggunakan jasa FOCUS dan tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Metode Goal Directed Design dipilih untuk memberikan solusi pengembangan antarmuka website sesuai dengan tujuan dari perusahaan dan pengguna. Metode tersebut memiliki enam tahap dalam pelaksanaannya. Diawali dengan tahap research yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dari stakeholder dan pengguna. Tahap modeling, menghasilkan persona untuk menggambarkan kelompok pengguna umum. Tahap requirement definition, menghasilkan 19 daftar kebutuhan website (konten), gambaran pengguna dan kebutuhan lingkungan website dari kegiatan analisis terhadap data yang telah dikumpullkan. Tahap design framework, menghasilkan sitemap sebagai gambaran rancangan struktur informasi dan menghasilkan desain antarmuka website berupa wireframe yang didapatkan dari kegiatan card sorting. Tahap design refinement, membuat prototype high-fidelity yang siap uji berdasarkan wireframe yang telah dibuat. Tahap design support, melakukan pengujian dengan user testing yang menghasilkan feedback nilai positif (kelebihan) dan negatif (kekurangan). Selain kualitatif, pengujian juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui data kuantitatif yang didapat dari kuesioner SUPR-Q. Kuesioner SUPR-Q menilai aspek usability, credibility, appearance dan loyalty dengan keseluruhan aspek bernilai 77,04% (kategori C) yang bernilai baik sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa website yang dikembangkan bernilai baik dan dapat diterima (acceptable) oleh pengguna sebagai perwakilan dari pihak client maupun pihak non-client.

English Abstract

PT. Focus Inservindo or FOCUS is an organization that helps Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in providing guarantees in the form of Surety Bonds (guarantees issued by insurance companies) and Bank Guarantees (guarantees issued by the Bank), assisting insurance companies in disseminating Counter Bank Guarantee products and assisting the Bank in improving Bank Guarantee services for its customers. PT. Inservindo Focus wants the development of existing websites so that the website can function to increase the credibility of the company so that the company can be more effective in expanding coverage and increasing company profits, which is one of the goals of the company. With the development of websites in appearance aspect, information structure and additional features, it is hoped that it can increase customer trust so that they are interested in using FOCUS services and corporate goals can be achieved. The Goal Directed Design method was chosen to provide a website interface development solution in accordance with the objectives of the company and user. This method has six stages to provide website design solutions in accordance with the objectives of the company. The first stage is research, which is to identify the needs of stakeholders and users. Then the modeling stage, to produce a persona that describes a general group of users. Requirement definition stage, to generate 19 lists of website requirements (content), user descriptions and website environmental requirements from the analysis of data that has been collected. Design framework stage, generates a sitemap as a description information structure design and produce the interface website wireframe form obtained from card sorting activities. Design refinement stage, to produce a high-fidelity prototype that is ready for testing based on the wireframe that was created. Stage design support, conduct user testing with testing that generates feedback positive values (advantages) and negative (disadvantages). In addition to qualitative, testing was also conducted to determine the quantitative data obtained from questionnaires SUPR-Q. The SUPR-Q questionnaire assessed the usability, credibility, appearance and loyalty aspects with the overall aspects valued at 77.04% (category C) which is of good value so that it can be interpreted that the website developed is good and acceptable by the respondents as a representative from the client and non-client.
