Abstract

Terjadinya perbedaan antara debit air yang tersedia dengan debit air yang diperlukan (direncanakan) pada saluran tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan di lapangan, sehingga diperlukannya perhitungan besarnya kehilangan air selama proses pengaliran untuk mengetahui besarnya efisiensi pada saluran irigasi dan mengetahui tindakan yang seharusnya dilakukan ketika efisiensi terlalu rendah. Hal ini yang mendasari pengambilan studi efisiensi saluran Sekunder Kebonsari Jaringan Irigasi Tekung, Kabupaten Lumajang. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui debit hulu sampai hilir melalui beberapa patok, kehilangan debit yang terjadi, besarnya efisiensi pengaliran, penilaian terhadap kondisi saluran, pemilihan upaya peningkatan dan perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya. Dari Hasil analisa pada studi ini diperoleh debit hulu pada pintu intake saluran Sekunder Kebonsari sebesar 1,628 m3/dt dan debit hilir tersisa 0, 201 m3/dt. Besarnya kehilangan debit dengan total 0,604 m3/dt sedangkan nilai efisiensi antar dua patok dengan efisiensi terkecil 72,513 % tersebesar 94,557 % rerata total efisiensi 85.006%, nilai kondisi fisik dan fungsional saluran dengan nilai terkecil 60,50% terbesar 93,50% dan rerata 83,25%, upaya yang dilakukan berupa pemeliharaan berkala/pemeliharaan rutin serta perbaikan, biaya yang dibutuhkan berdasarkan efisiensi dan nilai kondisi saluran terkecil Rp 279,909,600.00 berdasarkan nilai efisiensi terbesar dibutukan biaya perbaikan Rp 2,629,400.00 sehingga total biaya yang diperlukan Rp. 284,732,800.00. Terdapat 3 alternatif yang akan diberikan kepada instansi terkait untuk melakukan peningkatan kondisi saluran yaitu berdasarkan efisiensi, berdasarkan kondisi saluran dan berdasarkan rencana anggaran biaya.

English Abstract

The difference between the availability with the required discharge is not accordance with the condition in the field, calculation for the amount of water loss during the distribution process was needed to determine the efficiency of the irrigation channel and understood what must be done if the efficiency was too low. Based on the problem above author took the efficiency study of Kebonsari Secondary channel on Tekung irrigation network, Lumajang Regency. The purposes of this study were to found out the upstream to downstream discharge from learning through several stakes, to calculate the loss of discharge that occured in the channel, to determine the amount of efficiency, to assess of channel conditions, to selection improvement efforts, and the calculate of the budget plan. The results of this study were the upstream discharge at Kebonsari Secondary intake channel was 1,628 m3/s and the remain downstream discharge was 0, 201 m3/s. The amount of discharge loss was 0,604 m3/s, the smallest and highest efficiency between two stakes were 72,513% and 94,557%, the average value for efficiency was 85,006%, the smallest and highest physical and functional conditions were 60,5% and 93,5% with an average of 83,25%, the efforts were conducted by repairs and periodic maintenance, based on the efficiency of the smallest channel’s condition, the repaired costs needed was Rp. 279.909.600,00, based on the efficiency of largest channel conditions, the repaired cost needed was Rp. 2.629.400,00, it is conclude that the total cost needed was Rp. 284.732.800,00. There are 3 alternatives for the instution to improved channel’s condition by considered on efficiency, channel’s condition and the budget plan.
