Abstract
Go-Jek adalah moda transportasi online roda dua yang berkembang pesat di masyarakat saat ini. Sebagai moda transportasi baru tentunya terjadi berbagai permasalahan. Sehingga topik yang dipilih untuk penelitian ini adalah Go-Jek. Untuk itu, tujuan dari kajian ini adalah (1) mengetahui tingkat pelayanan dari Go-Jek, (2) mengetahui tarif ideal Go-Jek per km nya. Untuk mencapai tujuan diatas maka digunakan (1) metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), (2) Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK), Ability To Pay (ATP), dan Willingness To Pay (WTP). Sebelum menggunakan metode diatas, dilakukan survei terlebih dahulu dengan jumlah sampel 300 responden. Sampel ini terdiri dari 150 pengguna dan 150 driver Go-Jek. Berdasarkan analisis IPA terdapat 2 variabel yang perlu ditingkatkan kinerjanya yaitu mengemudikan kendaraan dengan baik, serta mentaati tata tertib lalu lintas. Dimana variabel ini masuk pada kuadran I yang dianggap penting oleh pengguna, namun pelayanan yang diberikan Go-Jek masih kurang. Berdasarkan nilai ATP dan WTP didapatkan hasil tarif sebesar Rp 1.200,- dan tarif yang berlaku saat ini sebesar Rp 1.600,-. Tarif yang berlaku saat ini lebih tinggi dibanding tarif yang sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kemauan pengguna Go-Jek. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan ini adalah dengan memberikan sanksi tegas terhadap driver Go-Jek apabila terdapat keluhan dari pengguna. Sanksi ini bertujuan agar driver Go-Jek lebih mentaati peraturan berkendara yang baik. Sedangkan untuk menentukan tarif ideal harus memperhatikan kemampuan dan kemauan penumpang untuk membayar, sehingga tarif yang berlaku saat ini perlu dievaluasi kembali.
English Abstract
Go-Jek is an online motorcycle transportation mode that grows fast on society. As a new transportation mode, Go-Jek had any problems. The topic of this study is Go-Jek. The purpose of this study are (1) to know the level of service performance of Go-Jek, (2) to find out an ideal tariff of Go-Jek in Rp / Km. The analysis methods that used to reach above purpose are (1) Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), (2) Vehicle Operating Cost (BOK), Ability To Pay (ATP), and Willingness To Pay (WTP). Before using the above methods, we did survey with sample of 300 respondents. This sample consists of 150 users and 150 drivers of Go-Jek. Based on the analysis of IPA, there are 2 variables performance that need an improvement. Those are safely drive and obey the traffic rules. Where this is variabel refer in quadrant I which the important rate by users, but the service of Go-Jek still bad. The results analysis of ATP and WTP are Rp 1200,- and the current tariff is Rp 1600,-. The current tariff are higher than the tariffs that are in accordance with the abilities and willingness of Go-Jek users. To improve Go-Jek level of service, one can use strict sanctions to driver of Go-Jek, if there are any complaint from users. Hoping that it may make drivers of Go-Jek to obey rules of safe drive. To determine an ideal tariff, use abilities and willingness methods, so the current tariff need to be re-evaluated.
